The welcome, the staff, the rooms. The location enabling to leave the car at the parking and walk toward the town merchandising and pedestrian street in just a few minutes.

STOLEN MONEY !!! We were in vacation and in the first day we go to visit the near places. Next day when we left, I noticed in the car while checking for passports, that from my wallet were missing 50€. The ladies from the cleaning were in our room in the first day between 2pm-4pm. When I called back the hotel several times, the manager has a very rude and aggressive attitude towards me, I said that it is unacceptable and I want them to provide me a solution, also to check who was in our room during that cleaning interval. But he told me several times he can't tell me. Also, after this, I scrolled down in this hotel Booking's reviews and I had the surprise to remark stolen money also from other people this year, and from others objects, like Airpods headphones. When I told the manager that I noticed these too, he told me that are lies. I specified that for his future clients, this will be a serious problem and this is impossible! I can't believe that this is STILL happening in 2023. Our vacation was ruined after this incident!!! It's such a shame to ruin the image of the hotel for 50€ and to have this kind of attitude towards your customers. Very disappointed and for SURE we will not come back. Not even recommend. If I could have the possibility, I would rate -1.

The air conditioning didn't work, at night it was very hot in the room and the window couldn't be opened too much. The walls are quite thin and you can hear the people outside.

It was near Avinguda Meritxell (shops area) and the breakfast was amazing you could eat fruit, cereals, cold meat, coffee, juice, etc

It has pictures in booking and in Google advertising that it comes with pool and the hotel itself doesn’t have any pool the pictures are from Caldea a building beside it that you have to pay apart

Adequate rooms but dated decor. We asked for a quiet room which they assured us it was but we got a room at the front whilst there was a techno festival until 3 AM that they knew about... :-(

Bath shower combination, in my opinion baths should be done away with to save water. The heating did not work in the bathroom. The towels could have been better quality for a four star hotel and bottled water had to be bought. I had to ask for the coffee sachets to be replaced. Frequently there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the lift area. Wi fi signal was not constant. No private parking.

The location was Great. The size of the room was spacious and comfortable and quite if you did not open the window. It was cleaned every day. We liked the riged support of the shower screen and the size of the bathroom. It had a kettle to make tea or coffee. The restaurant was a good size and and there was an excellent choice for breakfast, the menu changed daily for the evening meal and good value at 19 euro for three courses. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very unfriendly staff at breakfast - the coffee from the machine was half cold, I asked if they could prepare another one and the lady told me there is a coffeeshop opposite of the hotel. Dirty floors in the room. Unpleasant smell in the room - but when I opened the window there was a lot of noise from the air condition machine. Parking - super uncomfortable, you have to stop by the hotel (you can’t stop in front), ask for the card and the parking is in the other building.
