Small apartments and no common areas to meet

There wasn’t enough snow to ski in ski out when we stayed which made the trek to the slopes a bit far, but I’m sure when there is snow it’s fantastic !!

The apartment was a lovely size for 4 of us and great views. Beds were very comfortable and kitchenette had everything we needed!

Could not activate TV but did not bother to complain or ask for assistance. No view from my particular appartment.

The bathroom was big enough but it only had a shower (could have had a bath with shower) - Also bedsheets didn’t attach to bed properly. Some details in the space could have been easily fixed (like the floor or bathroom)

No free parking place around the appartment and also in the whole village. You have to pay deposit of 200,00 eur.

Ski lockers were very dirty and destroyed. Some of the lockers we could not close.

The key collection process was efficient but not caring. They did not offer the key to the ski lockers for example - I had to ask for it as I knew through friends who had stayed here before that there was one per apartment. The reception did not mention there

Our room was small but reasonably well set up. With a bit of organisation, It did not feel inconvenient. the apartment was clean, there was just enough dishes, plates and cuttlery. The frying pans need changing though as they are very scratched and unhealthy looking. The main bed was confortable.

The staff were very rude, during check-in they seemed angry and unhappy to attend their customers. Also, in one of the apartments, the toilet paper was not new, and when we went to ask for a new one they replied to us "this is not a hotel", before angrily giving the toilet paper

The apartments were very nice, with comfortable beds, and well equipped. They were big and spacious, with good Wi-Fi connection. They exceeded our excpectations.

Curtains let in light in the morning, probably fine in winter but in summer woke us early.

Apartament spotless and appeared brand new. Very well equipped with everything you could need.

Wasn’t clear that the bedroom is not actually separate to the lounge and kitchen which was problematic for our mixed group of friends. A condensed functional space but small and not especially comfortable. Good for those travelling on a budget. Also a bit of a walk to the slopes and down into town

Access to garage was up the hill and a challenge in the snow where road had not been cleared.

The location is impractical for walk home with skis and especially with luggage.

The ski storage is accessable by anyone as no lock on entry doors, and lockers are only closed with small locks and generally bashed up a lot. This led to our lock being cut and a pair of rental skis being stolen. Managed to claim on insurance, but be weary!

Room was great size, had dishwasher, two hobs, microwave, kettle, toaster. Generally met all expectations for self catered apt, was good size, clean and comfortable. Very happy with the room.

Staff was not the greatest in terms of being nice and/or helpful. Always needed to call in manager who was incredibly helpful and nice. It is a bit up from town. Great to avoid the noise from drunkenness but also a bit of a trek to get groceries. Can't have it both ways. Not the end of the world.

The apartments are well fitted and very new. Above average compared to what's normally on offer in Pas de la Casa. Studio is small but enough and has ski in-ski out capabilities which was great! Also has a very smartly thought locker room for skis and boots with direct access to slopes. Absolutely GREAT for stays with dogs. The apartments allow then and being able to get into the slopes for a long walk with them is priceless.

Staff and maintenance. Hot water was not enough for 5 people to shower. No car charger.

Inflexible check-in times. Lack of storage in rooms. Cold showers. The most rancid ski room i have ever seen. High price for parking. Rooms nothing like photos advertised.
