The pictures were pretty different on booking as in the real. We had to check out at 11, but before 10 they already were knocking on our doors. It's literally no place to smoke nowhere. We stayed for 1 night so it was okay, but I wouldn't stay longer.

The view was nice. The bed was comfortable.

- Quite close to the road, so the rooms facing it lack noise insulation; earplugs are a must. - Smaller second bedroom with twin beds in it, with a window opening onto a blank wall & what appeared to be an internal lightwell, which gave it a claustrophobic feel. - A series of mishaps on day one of skiing left us without access to the apartment. Despite explaining the unavoidable situation to the property's main line, we were refused spare keys and calls after the initial abrupt hang-up went unanswered. Fortunately, a ski resort staff intervened & we were told to go to another location to collect our spare keys. Small as the country is, this return trip took over two hours because we had to travel via bus in our ski gear & with our equipment. While we understand the importance of adhering to the reception’s 5pm closing time, a more flexible or empathetic approach in extenuating circumstances would have been greatly appreciated. Were it not for the kindness of a stranger, we would have been left stranded overnight in low temperatures.

Spotless, well-equipped and spread across two floors, with heated floors! Spacious master bedroom & living room with a mountain view, with blackout blinds throughout. They also leave keys for unexpected late check-ins in a safe box, which is thoughtful.

Very tiny kitchen and no proper storage for ski gear

Nice apartment in Soldeu with all the amenities you need for a week or so. Can take 5 people easily including on the sofa bed. Underground car park is good and secure slightly tight but SUVs and vans can still fit in with a bit of difficulty... Restaurants bars and shops all within few minutes walk Staff on reception very friendly and helpful.

It was a wonderful experience. Firstable the staff is really nice and gentle, we could checked at the morning, and we had the assistance all time. The appartement is very good equiped, everything is here. The appartement is very warm, clean and with very nice view. Location is great, bars and restaurants are nearby. Bus station is in 2 min walk. The telecabine is in 7 min walk. Will come back.

The first apartment we went to was smelling like smoke and weed, so we had to ask to change - which the kind receptionist very readly found a solution to quickly. The place is equipped with the bare minimum, a bit Spartan, it does the job and that´s it.

The place is not far from the ski cabin, and it has a garage, so we could drop the car and easily walk in the morning.

I was from out of the country, so didn't have WiFi capabilities to check my email or receive calls. The info to get into the place was sent a few hours prior to our arrival, so we had to use data to call and get in. We also could not find any cups or plates in the apartment. We had difficulties contacting the management. The plates and cups were in a strange spot, i guess, but we only found this out, long after we checked out.

Facilities were excellent, with a safe garage for our car. Would recommend.

It was next to a busy road and the noise of cars was constant. One of the single beds squeaked every time my son moved.

It was a duplex apartment. It had two toilets. Very clean. Very friendly staff. It had a car park. Kitchenette was well equipped.

The location is not perfect, it is right on the main street with traffic, so it is noicy wven during nights. The appartmwnt is very very small, not suitable for 5 people.

It's a bit complicated to get the keys. Who's in charge should be more knowledgeable when explaining what should be done in English. I think it's about time that booking.com owners should have a WhatsApp access.

2 days before I was contacted and somehow forced to provide my credit card details for Tax payment. Otherwise I wouldn't get instruction how to get the keys because apparently nobody was there. It should be done automatically upfront or in the hotel. I had no choice but had to do it. Moreover I got the impression that several different persons replied to my emails. And very often in Spanish so had to translate on my own..

Everything is there in the kitchen. It's clean maybe despite garage. But it's also there underground.
