You will never be bored in this hotel, wonderful spa centre , bowling, pool, good restaurant, very close to lift and bars. Rooms are clean, food is good and people are very welcome.

The housekeeper needs to do her/his job better. The cleanliness was low for a 4* hotel Our double bed was two single beds put together, which were moving all the time, very uncomfortable. Had to sleep away from my husband the whole stay

The staff at the reception and the restaurant are incredible, and the food very nice. The rooms were so warm we had to switch off the radiators. The bath had a jet whirlpool, which was such a blessing after the long skiing day. There is a free ski storage

Superb location within the friendly hamlet of Arinsal. Fabulous views of the valley from our room! We booked the wrong side of the hotel in error but the hotel very kindly sorted that out for us!

Unfortunately for 8 days nobody hoover the room, but didn't bother us much as was winter and not to much dust on the streets.

The room was big enough for 3 people, the beds were big and comfortable, the bathroom was big with two sinks. The room was positioned to the east and we benefited from a lot of natural light. It was also very warm room. The hotel has a spa that should not be missed. The food at breakfast and dinner is very good, including for vegetarians.

When I checked in, the receptionist found out that it was my birthday and sent us a bottle of kava. It was very nice. The hotel itself is big and beautiful. The room has everything you need. And also, if you want, you can book a spa - 15 euros per hour, as well as various types of massages from 45 euros. If you plan to visit them, it is better to book in advance. Because in our case it was impossible to get there at the right time. The hotel also has a Bowling, slot machines, a restaurant, and a bar. There will always be something to do. The ski lift is nearby, which was also very convenient.

There were bedbugs in our room (I showed thw picture of it) and the receptionist told us that he cannot do anything about it. We hope that we will not bring any bedbugs or desease from this hotel with bad hygiene and rude staff.

The hotel is split into two a 3 and 4 star the difference is massive for the same cost! We started here last year in the 4 star area, good walk to the lobby and the room was nice. This time we were put in the otherside of the hotel where we had to get two lifts and walk through a maze of corridors to get to and from the main areas! Upon arrival the room smelt of dog wee? Told reception and no rooms were available. On many occasions the floor stank of weed again we informed the reception. The room was never cleaned properly and a bleached rag was left on top of our clean clothes. The headboard was falling off the bed and the radiator was leaking! 4 had four dressing gowns and they kept being removed from our room. Feel we paid for a 4 star and were made to put up with a three star. This is not advertised when you book and it should be!! A lane in the bowling alley was broken and to get a drink in the bar downstairs you have to wait forever!! At one point there were a few people waiting to be served whilst the bartender did his inventory! Feel annoyed for the amount of money we paid but did not get what we had paid for!!

The bedding was horrible, there was some type of party till 00:00h so the music was very loud and when i left my towls on the floor so they could be changed, you could tell that they just picked them up from the floor and put them back on the hanger.

The pictures were not depicting the reality of the state of the hotel. No AC (despite 30 degrees outside). Very small pool, terrible food, “gym” was just random equipment thrown together. No AC in the room, no good pillows, mold in the shower, very limited beauty products.

We have stayed here a couple of times. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great selection for breakfast. Parking underground or outside, across the road that needs to be pre-booked (on arrival, go to reception to collect your parking ticket). Our dogs were very welcome and given lots of attention. They even left blankets, bowls, and doggy treats. Thank you for another pleasant stay.

the only thing, the fish bar had no fish (very sad!) the rooms could do with some hooks in them to hang up ski wear after skiing.

great location, excellent breakfast, fantastic staff - nothing was too much trouble. Hernan, David and Ramon were excellent! The ski lockers were warm with room for ski boots. The rooms were very warm, but cooled nicely if you opened your balcony doors. The bathrooms were large and had great toiletries (very lovely smells!).

The rooms were definitely not 4*. There was no coat hooks to hang coats/jackets etc. The games area was scruffy and the men’s toilet had an awful smell of sewage. Generally the place was dated and needs investment.
