Everything was fantastic and we will definitely return next year during ski season.

Location and rooms were excellent so was the very friendly and welcoming staff. Big thanks to receptionist Mayra who lets us check in promptly after we had a long journey and she was very personable, efficient and professional. Also buffet meals were great, we had half board with a nice variety and Michel's charming service was outstanding, giving us recommendations of local dishes (spot on!) and made our stay most pleasant. Muchisimas gracias :-)

I have nothing bad to say about this hotel & would return again.

The hotel was in a good position right in the centre of town and a 3 min walk to the gondola. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. Food was very nice and staff were very helpful.

The wifi is a joke in busy periods. Works fine at 2am when no one is using it ! Trivial but the shower head would not stay in position and the room door handle kept falling off

Didn’t have high expectations as the price is less than similar hotels in the resort and has a few negative reviews. Was pleasantly surprised, big room, staff very friendly, food varied and plentiful. Drinks cheap, location for resort amenities and ski lift excellent

It needs a bit of renovation. The rooms are small, instead the bathrooms are giants. The furnitures are old. They never fire the chimney. The lobby can be more attractive.

It’s location is perfect, just infront of the bus stop, and 200 m to the gondola. The staff was amazingly positive and helpful. The food was ok.

Big let down regarding food. For the amount you pay daily, food is buffet style and poor. Mismatch of selection and unless you get there early for breakfast, there are literally empty trays, with still an hour of service to go. Shame, nice hotel.

Great hotel , friendly staff, very attentive and helpful. I've been staying in Soldeu on holiday for 20 years and never stayed here, lovely to stay there. Will stay again, but without food option.

Not enough parking space.

Nice family run mountain hotel. Simple but very comfortable, the room was bigger than expected, we had views of the ski slopes, comfortable beds, good bathroom. The buffet breakfast had enough choices. The staff was helpful and friendly. Good enough internet, good heating system.

Soundproofing of rooms is the only major issue. OK if your neighbours are quiet, as mine were. I was on the first floor and could sometimes hear movement from the floor below in the early morning. Otherwise very quiet.

Good value hotel close to the main lift and 50 metres from the AndBus stop. Standard Room was clean and comfortable, great for one, maybe a little small for two. Wardrobe quite small but adequate for one. Lots of hot water. Large bathroom with bath/shower. Buffet food was fine with a good choice of meats, seafood (seabass etc) and vegetarian options. Breakfast likewise. Staff friendly. Bar very reasonable and the G&Ts are renown. Can't comment on the boot room as I hired a locker up the mountain. I would book again.

Breakfast was included in my package - choice of omelette OR bacon/eggs. Fresh bread and olive oil. Coffee, milk, juices, tea, pastries, fruit, meats, cheese, cereal. Left every morning very full! Bathroom was clean and tidy. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and got me a portable heater when I was feeling a bit cold. Located within steps from the Soldeu L4 bus stop which was very convenient.

,The Hotel was in a good position away from the busy road.Lovely terrace .We ate our breakfast outside, fab weather.We have a dog,she was allowed in the bar.Staff couldn't do enough for you.Teresa was exceptionally nice.Evening meals great,different menu every day.Plenty to eat.Car parking free of charge. Overall great value for money..We will be back.
