The apartment was clean and tidy. It is near to various restaurants and shops. The old town is at walking distance. There is also a bus stop near to the apartment that has buses which take you to the main bus station. The family who own the apartment are very welcoming. They gave a welcome drink when I arrived and homemade cake with coffee for breakfast. It was delicious. The owner can arrange taxi to-n-from the bus station as well. They can also take you around Berat and nearby city for day trips for a reasonable fee. Overall great experience.

Very clean and fresh. Walking distance from the city centre. I was early and could check-in and was met up downstairs. Got a refreshing rose water welcome drink and the hospitality overall is 10 stars.. Felt very welcome and taken care of. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Berat again. Highly recommend!

The owners are very friendly, the gave us a welcome drink, then in the morning they prepared cake for us. Very friendly and nice people, definitely will go back again. The room was very spacious and clean. Very near the center.

The family who owns the apartment is really nice and helpful ! The location is perfect. It’s just outside the busy old town which ensures a quiet night of sleep. In the meanwhile, you can walk to the old town in a few minutes.

We were welcomed by Ado, who offered self made pomegranate juice from his parents' garden; breakfast was made by his parents with home grown products and eggs from their own chickens, just the sausages were bought. Very modern apartment, very comfy beds, very clean

Lovely parents of the host, who met us and prepared an amazing breakfast in the morning. The room is quiet, nice 'euro' type design. The common kitchen where you can make tea/coffee or something easy to cook. A small balcony is included. Parking is free on the nearest street.

This is the place with best finish and details so far in the Balkans. It's also in walking distance from everything, but a little bit away from where its most nosy. The best of it is the owners. Both the father we met and had coffee with and the son who always answers on messages. Great beds also!

This property is fantastic. The room was absolutely spotless. It was very tastefully decorated and it had everything that I needed and more. It included a fridge, air con, a TV, a desk area, additional seating and a large balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The wifi worked really well and the shower was very nice, hot water with good pressure. There is a small kitchen area in between the apartments with a coffee machine and a few facilities. And it is very well located for all your needs, there are shops, grocers, cash points and some very good coffee places nearby. It is no more than a 10 minute walk to the historic part of town. The best thing about this place is the owners. They are really kind people who simply cannot do enough for you. They went out of their way, above and beyond, to help me and make me feel welcome. When I needed to leave really early in the morning, one of the owners (the dad) came to me with tea and some snacks, he walked me to the bus stop to get the city bus to the bus station out of town. I really cannot recommend this place highly enough. A very firm 10 out of 10 for this place.
