Breakfast was quite poor and with limited choice. Beds and pillows are not quite comfy.

It s a recently renovated family hotel with a very nice garden and lovely pine trees right in front of the beach. Unfortunately it is surrunded by old and decadent buildings without green areas, but this one still distinguishes itself .

The location fo the otel was perfect. You can find good restaurants and the beach is very clear and close to the hotel.

The staff were fantastic, the guys of the bar were brilliant. The taste of the hotel kitchen was very nice. The room was quite even the destination of the hotel. The sea is not similar to south of Turkey:) İn any case, with the shallow sea, the great choise for the families

I have 2 suggestions ( these are not complains, just things that can make the place 🔝🔝🔝): 1. Not a must, but would have been a “nice to have”if there was an elevator. I was staying with my parents and especially for my father (who has a medical condition) it was a bit troublesome to get up and down the stairs. 2. Try to organise a bit better the parking lot ;). As we were leaving the hotel, our car was blocked from one of the other guests and we had to wait for quite some time for them to find where he was situated. The staff did all they could, and where searching all over the place, but that could be avoided ;)

- Proximity to the beach. Kids could go from the beach to the room even unattended. - Abundant breakfast - it was the same things during the whole time, but there were a lot of choices, so you could eat different things every day. - Friendly staff. We didn’t have any issue neither with the rooms, nor any of the facilities (beach etc.) but the staff was always asking if we are feeling ok, or if we need anything. - We wanted to prolong our stay and check out late, unfortunately all rooms were booked and it was not possible, but still we were allowed to use the facilities in the beach and the parking until late (whenever we wanted) Thank you ❤️.

The view from the room was promised with the sea view, maybe if you look from the balcony behind the corner through the trees you will see a bit ..in the room was possible to hear everything, the noises from outside, all people from the hotel corridors and the cleaner in the morning tidying the rooms around. But the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It was suppose to be till 11:00, we arrive 10:15 and there was almost no food, it was only the leftovers. The positive think was that the staff quickly reacted and tried to help, but it was very poor and everything was cold. I never seen hotel with no covers on food. The last thing which was bad was when we were taking the water from the barrel and we were told that the water is for the staff. To wait for 2 hours in the end of the July for a water? That's a very poor service.

I really like the room with comfy beds and the bathroom. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice and kind and helpful! The location for the beach was amazing, but to get anywhere from the hotel without a car was a bit complicated. They have a very nice restaurant and the food was very tasty. We tried amazing cocktails as well.

Although we booked a sea view room, we ended up with a tree view room. Also, the room was too tiny for the money.

The beach is sandy and very clean. The yard has a natural tree shade, so it is always plesant to drink a cup of coffee or a beer.

We booked the hotel with and had very low expectations. But when we showed up we got disappointed anyways. The room wasn’t that clean. It’s not even close to soundproof even though it’s stated in the description, so we hear noise from really early in the morning until really late in the night. The wifi barely worked in our room and and the back of the restaurant. The fridge always froze our drinks. The bathroom smelt very weird and disgusting. They didn’t provide towels the first day. The electricity went out multiple times during our stay. They tried to bribe us with money to not write a bad review even though the money they bribed us with was rightfully ours. We cut our stay shorter and got a confirmation on my mail that the price went from 418€ to only 250€. But from the 418€ we paid at the beginning of our stay we only got 100€ back for the last few days. That means we paid 318€ in total and not 250€, which means that they bribed us with OUR money and less than we were actually supposed to get back. I will also contact booking.com about this situation.

I only liked the restaurant staff and that it is close to the beach. Everything else was horrible to put it short.

It was clean facility, clean room, comfy bed. Receptionist host me very well, assisted me in all my needs during my stay. Bar staffs are good too and can communicate in english. As it was my first time in Albania. I can say that i can definitely come back anytime that i would like too and really recommended this hotel, They serve lovely/tasty meals. Hotel has a perfect sea view. Ps: I think if the receptionist don’t speak english or staff i will be lost in a foreign country 😅. In general over all i can recommend Albania to visit and it’s really worth it 😉

Most of all, I'm amazed by the hospitality of the staff! They were so kind and always ready to make us really comfortable at their hotel. They provided us with everything we asked for, even the earlier check-in than usual because we arrived at 5 am. The rooms were very clean, the restaurant at the hotel has great food, the beach is right in front of the hotel, and they have a nice yard to sit, drink or eat and watch the sea. I would recommend 100%
