Breakfast was poor the first day with no eggs, meat, and stale vegetables. It was much better the following day. There's a kettle and mugs in the room, but no tea/coffee.

The bathroom was tiny: the door touched the basin! Also our confirmation from Booking.com said that the room 'boasted a shower and a bath'. It didn't and the hotel says it doesn't have any baths at all!

The breakfast was good although the service was quite laid back. The room was lovely, spacious and with a fantastic view. It had many original features and definitely lived up to being part of Museum House!

What would make it perfect for us? A possibility to make coffee or tea on your room. That's just a small tip, not a big issue to be fair.

A perfect location in the middle of Berat. The view is great, so was our breakfast. I can also 100% recommend to have dinner at the hotel. Cozy and superb quality of food. Parking can be a challenge, so try to be there early. You can park alongside the big road in front of the hotel for free. Also try to pack light, it can be a challenge to get up the stairs with heavy suitcases. But the staff was very kind and helpful!

In the standard room there was no chair. It would be better to have one. It would be also better if you could add more sockets since there was only 1 per person in the bedroom.

Breakfast and dinner were great! Location is awesome and staff are very welcoming and kind. The view of the rooms are also nice.

There was no lift in the hotel, for us it wasn’t a problem, but if you travel with a huge baggage it could be a hassle. The room faced to a road with traffic, but the views were incredible and the windows were excellent to avoid outside noise.

The location was amazing, we had the room with view of the river and Gorica area. Breakfast was traditional with tomato,cucumber, cheese, olives…eggs, coffee,bread and cake. There are free parking spots, money-exchange business, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The location of the hotel is very convenient. No problem to pay with card.

The staff were friendly however they needed more staff members in their dining area, maybe because of the season we were visiting.. the rooms were very clean, except for the smell from the toilet, I assume there was a drainage issue.

I liked everything.

Access to the hotel is via a very steep, narrow and winding stairway directly from the street. Very awkward when carrying heavy suitcases, although the hotel staff did help when available. Bedroom small with limited storage space.
