There is no hanger for towels at the bathroom. Also the water shower head was a bit worn so water was springling around. Hangers in the closet are a few and old. These are minor setbacks. In general we had a lovely time at the hotel.

Very friendly staff. They tried their best to help and answer all the questions we had! Breakfast was nice and with good variety. Private parking is very helpful. The room was very spacious and the view from the balcony amazing. They changed our towels every day.

Everything was ok but during this time of the year it was kind of a bad weather and sometimes the bus was so full we almost couldn’t find a place.

Neat and tidy rooms, good facilities within the rooms. Delicious breakfast and rich in choices. Very convenient parking lot and the location is close to everything, beach, center and many shops nearby, 2 mins of walk to the bus station. Great reception team, informative and caring for the guests. Excellent english by the lady and very knowledgeable about many things. Great value for money and worth everything!

Broken , not usable balcony furniture and our Bed matras is done, time to change, therefore a 8, otherwise they deserve a 10.

Well, although I was pretty much happy with my stay here it is a 4* hotel but everything is a little bit old like furniture , bathroom facilities etc. It looks better in the pictures. Also funny: the hotel is called Beautiful View (Bella Vista) but all I could see from the balcony was car washing and some construction site - so not all the rooms have a Bella Vista. :) but you can enjoy plenty of beautiful views in Albania

I spotted some hair on the wall in the shower ,the room a bit disappointed as was rather for single traveller than a couple,difficult to put some clothes and personal items As we arrived 2 days later due to terrible delays ,one night was changed as per terms ,a small discount wasn't offered for the second night therefore the full amount was paid ,breakfast was rather boring 3 pillows instead of four ,no extra blankets just in case you feel cold

Communication was a bit difficult, we had some problems with the tickets of a national park and staff was not able to help because we couldn't understand each other, they only spoke Albanian.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had breakfast.Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Bit too far from the centre to walk. Taxis charge a min of €10 per route in the area, so you're better off paying more to stay nearer. Also need to fix the boiler. In the evenings there was no hot water

To be honest, Breakfast can be improved since not much choice and heater at bath room which only for one person shower since the size is little bit small, but we don't really need more hot water at summer, but winter will be a problem. Rest of thing are good.

Very clean and modern hotel. Beautiful large room, wonderful views from the balcony. Excellent location, we could get to the beach anytime of the day. The breakfast was super delicious. Our room hadn’t been cleaned properly and there were lots of long dark hair over the floor and walls of the shower.

Family run hotel - the family are all lovely and very helpful. Great location and a short 25 minute walk to the port/promenade. Rooms are really spacious and good value for money.

There were a few very small issues but nothing major and the owner's daughter was absolutely fantastic at explaining everything to me and sorting things out if she could. On my first morning the eggs on the buffet did not seem very fresh but soon some fresh eggs were placed in front of me so all was great again. The rest of the breakfast was quite tasty.

The staff were extremely nice and helpful, especially the young lady who spoke such excellent English on the front desk - she ensured everything was great. She is a real superstar. The room on the fifth floor had a fantastic view out across the sea to Corfu - really stunning on a clear evening. I had an enjoyable 3 day stay.
