The team on site were lovely, caring and easy to communicate with. UNESCO building rich with history. The view. Cats on the roof. Location - central and easy to walk everywhere from here. Very generous breakfast - variety, taste and lovely fresh juices.

Everything was great, except there was some early morning construction work happening in the rooms across from us.

Charming building, right in the middle of old town. Parking right at the front was really convenient. Breakfast was the best we’ve had while traveling, taken upstairs in a dining room overlooking Berat.

The breakfast is regular, not very exciting. Our room had windows facing the stairs outside, so if we had the windows open, people could very easily see into the room. A lot of construction noise but ok with windows closed. No parking available, we had to look for parking in the street (it was free).

When you visit Berat,what comes to your mind is the history of the city and the architecture that the city is built on.This hotel gives you a little peek to the antiquity of Berat.Amazing service,staff very friendly I must note and the rooms were amazing,the views from the hotel is amazing and you can feel the city rush .

1) Located in the heart of the UNESCO heritage of a 1000 windows, stone house, with clean rooms,towels,TV, shampoo, slippers , mini fridge, 2) The breakfast is at the top with a fabulous views and great breakfast options with warm hospitality 3) The staffs are very good and they were kind enough to provide a water kettle to heat drinking water 4) The room is very cozy and so is the vibe in the hotel 5) The location is top class 7) It is a 6 min drive from the berat bus station

No kettle in room (although staff brought us one after we requested hot water 2 nights in a row). Lots of stairs - 3 flights from street to first floor room, 3 more flights to restaurant area. No light for bathroom (room is very dark at night) and there is a step from bathroom down to bedroom.

Stayed 4 nights in April. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room and balcony are as pictured - gorgeous stone walls and carved ceiling. Felt like we were in a castle. :) Views of river and one-over-one houses is spectacular. Breakfast was good - but the same every day. We ate dinner in and the food was delicious.

We chose the room with a balcony. The only suggestion is that there is a need to put a blind in the balcony door, too. The room gets too bright. And since the room is located by the roadside, maybe a bit more noise insulation is required.

I don’t recommend paying by credit card. This is the first accomodation we had offering credit card in Albania so we took the option. The payment stayed in ‘pending’ status for about 7 days which may be a reflection of the banking system in Albania. As a result we had to pay in cash before we left then get our credit card payment reimbursed - which was done quickly so we appreciated the property getting on top of that. Was just a worrisome experience, would absolutely have given a 10 score without this happening. Would suggest taking the credit card option away to avoid further problems. Travellers are (or should be) aware of the usual cash only options in Albania.

Fabulous room in quaint stone building. Lovely good quality furnishings and linen felt luxurious. Exactly like photos. Very central, easy walking to everything - including up the hills :) Host was really friendly and very responsive, lovely to have a chat to. Breakfast was good, could choose different options for eggs, each day had a different local offering. Could occasionally hear road noise (our room was on the main road side) but was not an issue with the insulated windows. We had an issue with our credit card and host helped us sort if out even after we left, thank you! I would stay here again and recommend to others.

Due to the building work in the centre courtyard, we couldn’t use the balcony during the day time, and no privacy in the balcony as its attached to centre courtyard. So whole day we had sit inside the room, and only at night we could use the balcony. It should have been mentioned in the description.

Enjoyed a comfortable stay at Beratino Hotel. The bed was comfy, and the balcony offered mesmerizing views both day and night. The staff, especially receptionist Adedi, was exceptionally kind and respectful. Adedi even assisted us in parking our scooter in their designated space. The room's soundproofing ensured a peaceful stay without disturbances from outside. However, the checkout process was a bit confusing due to the absence of staff during early morning and late night hours. Despite this, everything else about the stay was peaceful and comfortable.

There were construction works at the property (at one adiacent building) and we weren't informed before our arrival. Fortunately, there wasn't any disturbing noise.

Great location - in a house at thr 1000 windows side of Berat. The staff were kind and polite, they helped us with parking and prepared a good breakfast. The room was cozy, we loved the stay.
