There is no front desk 24 hours, we used to get out and the door was closed. Called several times the front desk and nobody answered. No items on the minibar , even water. The receptionist called 30 minutes in advance to inform us about the check out time, they clearly can be more flexible with the check out time due to end of season.

They offer us free upgrade upon request.

Seems like a family run business instead of a hotel. The whole place needs a bit of professionalism. Pool was dirty and cash is expected for drinks instead of credit card.

Had to drive to beach, golf carts at the resort were not free to guests, the restaurant is not a good place to have a large dinner/sit down meal. Just meant for small portions of bar food.

All about the property and all services including the sunbeds and transport with the hotel buggy-s exept the front desk reception that they were not very fast for the checkin we jad to wait like 1 hour.

The rooms were unfinished, weren’t set up ready for our stay and the team seemed unorganised. The hotel has a lot of potential and the team were very friendly but there weren’t enough workers for the amount of people in the hotel

The opening is way to early. There are still many constructions. It gets better by every day, but there is still lots of minor stuff that has to be done. All together it is too many things not going well at that point of being. - Fitness and Spa was not ready, I asked in advance several times, because the fitness was one of the reasons we booked the hotel. We received a little discount for that. - No credit card reader, you have to pay cash or give your card number including the sensitive cvv number, so your payment will be handled by the partner hotel in Tirana - Would be nice to have extra pool / beach towels at a hotel with that high class aspirations - At breakfast there was always trouble with the coffee machine, most of the time it was not working. If you order a coffee by the bar from the barista machine instead, they want to charge you - Lots of staff walking around, but only very few members work effectively. Often left over cups at the pool tables from the evening before, cleaning and servicing during breakfast was very slow, although there was enough staff standing around by the bar - Albanian guests get treated priority and much better than other foreign guests. - Front desk used non standard methods, like wanting me to cancel my reservation on booking.com, after I already checked in and paid

Great view and a beautiful pool. The facility is brand new, has also high quality furniture, very comfortable sunbeds and high quality equipment everywhere. Especially the golf cart service to the beach is great. Beach area is nice and quiet. It’s a very nice extra you don’t want to miss included in the whole package. Free car parking with a huge parking space behind the hotel. Housekeeping ladies were very friendly and do the best they can. Klajdi is one of the staff members who is doing a great job and helps you with everything.

Just not a 10 yet as there is still work to complete on the hotel, but this shouldn’t spoil your stay. (Can’t comment on the evening meals as we didn’t eat there).

We stayed 27 June for 3 nights. Given the initial reviews about the hotel not being finished we were a little worried, however, we were reassured and were really glad we continued with our stay. The hotel is really beautiful, gorgeous pool, fab view, lovely rooms too. Staff were very hospitable. Breakfast was eggs (cooked your preferred way) with tomatoes, cucumber and sausage, however on our final day it was a buffet breakfast with lots of choice!…which was much better (not sure if it was a weekend thing or they plan to carry this forward). Shuttle to the beach is really handy. The spot with (very comfortable) beds is slightly to the south of the main Dhërmi beach, there is a beach restaurant/bar nearby which we really enjoyed to. Do be sure to visit the other local beaches too as they are prettier.

Great location above the stunning coastline, a quick walk or buggy ride down to the beach. The property is brand new and not all facilities were opened but it looks very promising. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel didn’t have a working pool and the eating area was still partly wrapped up in film as it was new! We understand the pressures of a new hotel, but we were left with a below par experience due to having no pool and no real hospitality atmosphere or service and to still be challenged for a 10% discount was disappointing, which we still didn’t receive! The hotel was careless which also was an issue.

The property was newly done up and had a very nice and modern interior! The rooms were very modern and comfortable and had good air con! The hotel was clearly still under reconstruction and it looked like it had plenty of potential! I bet it will look great after it is all completed!

So far the best place I have stayed in south of Albania. The location was perfect, food was delicious, it was very clean and it had a very friendly staff. One of the things that I liked the most about the hotel was the view. It had a very nice view of the sea and it was a very peaceful place.
