The property is located right next to a beautiful beach. The views from the patios are spectacular. The apartments are clean well appointed, and absolutely lovely! Violeta is an absolutely lovely person and a wonderful host. Her father is also extremely kind and patient and was very welcoming and helpful as well. This was one of the absolute highlights entire trip to Albania.

This is more a note, rather than an improvement area, for the access to the rooms you need to take a couple of stairs so you need to take this in mind in case of mobility restrictions.

Absolutely loved the amazing view!!!! It is quite near the Qeparo center and shops/restaurants, you can easily walk there. The room was spacious and super clean. Violeta and her parents are great and very hospitable people, making you feel warm and welcome! Definitely recommended :)

I think the bathrooms could do with a bit of an update. . Surprised that other visitors had to cross our balcony to get to their flat but wasn't a problem.

Absolutely loved the view. Violet the host was very nice and very responsive. . Loved the location. Very good value for money. Quiet. Huge balcony.

Having to leave!

That view!! Just takes your cares away. Also this property offers just two rooms which is ideal for a family group like us as the balcony is large and easily shared - so we had the run of the place to ourselves. The little beach at the bottom of the stairs is a real boon too. Violet was in contact throughout the whole process and it was clear that our enjoyment of our stay was very important to her - nothing was too much trouble. The traditional Albanian pancakes she brought us one morning were delicious as were the grapes her father gifted to us from their fruit orchard. Qeparo & Blue View is a gem and not as overly developed as Ksamil & Sarandë.

The Blue View was perfect our visit to Qeparo. The rooms are comfortable and exceptionally clean. They come with kitchens with everything you need to cook on your own. The host is almost super friendly and she went out of her way several times to make sure that we had a great visit. And that's all without mentioning the incredible views from the front balcony - they are amazing! Loved our stay here :)

We could not shut the window shutters but at least there was a blinder for privacy and to prevent too much light in the morning. Also be aware of the mosquitoes.

That not all hotels in Albania are like this! We loved every second staying here. The only thing I would add is the curtain in the shower. All the rest is perfect!

We loved hospitality and Violetta's breakfasts! She helped a lot in all other matters and recommended sights to see. The room was clean and nicely decorated, kitchenette was fully equiped and we could cook anything we liked. The local beach is three minute walk during which you can pick some wild blackberries. Hope to come back next time!

Everything. It was excellent vacation. The host, Mrs. Violeta was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was very delicious. The view from the room was amazing, you could wake up with the sea in front of you. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We liked everything. The owner is great, very hospitable. The room was cean and comfortable. The breakfast is tasty and on time, served on terace with beautiful view. The beach is near the apartment (5min with stairs). Location is 10min walk from center of vilage.

I loved everything about this property. The room was very clean, and had an amazing view, breakfast was on top, especially the host Violeta made our stay even more pleasant with her warm welcoming. I would recommend this place highly :)

The owner lives in another country and is not prompt to respond to messages. The room is small and untidy. There is literally no water pressure in the bathroom tap nor shower, moreover there is no cold water in the shower. There is no Parking space and it is very tricky to find a spot on the main road. There is a pungent sewage smell coming from the toilet. Internet does not work inside the apartment. The mini fridge is really noisy and there was a beeping noise coming from the electric hub every hour. Mattress is small. Overall not good value for money.

The property has a nice “shared” balcony which faces the sea. Unfortunately the view of Borsh beach on one side and Porto Palermo on the other is blocked by surrounding buildings. The owner’s parent are very sweet but communication is impossible unless you speak Albanian or Greek.
