only small gripe was pool has so much (salt? although it didn't taste salty) that you couldn't see the bottom. don't drop anything!!

The breakfast was great and offerred a nice selection everyday, and the menu changes daily so it wasn't redundant. The restaurant of the hotel was great as well, and provided a great opportunity for a nice and romantic dinner. The most important thing is that the service and attentiveness of the staff was top notch - that made our stay amazing, and all the more worthwhile!

We had absolutely amazing time in this place. The hotel is not very big which is great for someone who wants a really nice, comfortable experience but not in a huge hotel with "all-inclusive" style. The rooms were cleaned every day, the breakfast was delicious, with big variety of both sweet and savory foods. The swimming pool is great, the hotel provides seperate towels for the swimming pool as well. We were tempted by opinions of other guests about the hotel restaurant and we have to confirm them - we were shocked that a hotel can have such a great restaurant with amazing food. The chefs working there are incredible, cook amazing meals, also some other options out of the menu. The whole staff of the hotel was very helpful, open. We felt really great in this place. We travel a few times per year, but this hotel is really on the top of our list. People working there create really a great atmosphere.

Originally, we booked “the double room”. This room is truly a box, we didn’t even have enough room to unpack our suitcases. If you’re a solo traveller, it’ll likely do nicely but for us (as a couple), it felt like staying in a caravan in terms of size. However, the manager was brilliant at facilitating an upgrade for us to the deluxe double room. For the additional money, we would 100% recommend this room. The staff were great at helping us move our luggage to the new room and we enjoyed our trip a lot more because of this change. Would recommend more hangers in the wardrobe (as we only had 4 between the two of us) and installing extractor fans in the bathroom (as it would steam up in seconds despite the window being open).

The staff absolutely make this place. They are very friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to. It felt as if they operated as a big family rather than a team of workers. Special mention goes to Achmed, Jurgen and Klajdi (sorry if we misspelt any names). They always made us feel welcome and they work tirelessly to ensure every guest has the best experience. The food is divine, especially the dinner service. Unfortunately, we encountered an evening of rain which resulted in us deciding to eat at the hotel due to not wanting to travel anywhere. It was the best decision we made. The ravioli is fantastic, as is the risotto. It was so good, we ensured we ate there again on our trip. They were the best meals we had in Ksamil by a mile. Breakfast is a good variety, fairly standard European continental options between eggs, meats and pastries. We actually needed to miss breakfast on our last day due to our travel time home but the staff made us a breakfast bag to take with us. The hotel is set in a great location. You’re only a few minutes walk from restaurants, bars, the beach and shops. Yet, you avoid the hustle and bustle of the centre of Ksamil. It’s still quiet enough there for a good night’s sleep. The grounds and rooms are kept immaculate. We’re very happy with the standard of cleaning. They’re also modern and stylish. The beds are also very comfortable and we got a great night’s sleep.

There is no elevator and the doors were not sound proof so you could hear people in the corridor. However this would not stop me from returning.

There was nothing at all wrong with the hotel or staff but Ksamil had some construction whilst we were there and that could sometimes be a little loud. There was also a local cockerel who liked to wake up at 5am

The staff were amazing, our trip to Ksamil was part of our honeymoon and everyone there did their utmost to make it extra special. The receptionist was lovely and kind, the staff at breakfast was amazing and the food was fantastic too

We have found a huge mold stain behind the curtains of the room, clearly that was not clean in a while. Parking is very small, no place for our car, so we had to leave it at the street in front of the hotel.

Best breakfast. They have done a room upgrade, which was really nice. Good emplacement, next to the beach and downtown.

We upgraded rooms as we had large luggage but although the standard rooms were nice. No wardrobe ideal for backpackers or light luggage . No info in rooms . Menu for dinner, etc. Air con was fiddly, but staff did their best when it went off a couple of times.

We couldn't pay by credit card because the machine didn't work when we arrived. I'm sure they fixed it by now. The door was a little difficult to open and close, but we figured it out eventually.

Food was excellent here, staff very friendly, attentive and helpful. The hotel was immaculately clean. Loved the pool area, very nice to relax here. It was a 10 minute walk to the beach, which was stunning. Youd need to watch the pavements as they are uneven/ had holes, but these were being fixed during our stay.

Nothing negative to report at all. A really nice hotel with a personal touch.

The customer service was absolutely fantastic. A particularly big shout-out to Jurgen in the restaurant, who literally never stopped running around helping people, and Klajdi at reception who went out of his way to make us feel welcome and organise things for us. Quite honestly some of the best service I've ever experienced. The hotel was also really good value. Clean, comfortable, modern, a great breakfast selection, and a short walk to the beach. Yes, a sea view is always nice, but the beachfront hotel we originally looked at cost about four times more than Blue Water, and we had a pool and only a short walk to the beach. I'd choose Blue Water Hotel again in a heartbeat.

We had a fantastic stay - the owners and staff at Blue Water Hotel are extremely welcoming, the chef is excellent (best food we had in Ksamil!), and our room and the hotel generally were spotlessly clean. The pool and hot tub were not yet open but will be soon. We look forward to enjoying the pool on our next stay!

There are cheaper options, but holidays in ksamil are nowadays not a cheap option in general, unfortunately.

Blue Water Hotel is a beautiful place, with very very nice and friendly stuff - we really felt at home. The whole hotel is perfectly clean, breakfast was very good as well!

While we were there, there were several groups of guys that obviously were looking for a party place (which this hotel is NOT). We didn't sleep that well because of all the noise. The walls seem very thin, we heard everything and woke up several times because of shouting, music etc.

The staff was super friendly and helpful and the food and drinks were great. Amazing breakfast and a very nice pool area, where we chilled a lot. You really feel that you are in vacation. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is great, very close to the centre and beaches but not loud or crowded.

Nothing it was amazing in every way

Well the hotel certainly gave us the wow factor as soon as we pulled up in the taxi. It looked so inviting and very modern. We was then greeted by Kevin who was lovely and was taken to our room which again was lovely and up to date we had the superior room which was well equipped and very clean. We then had dinner and was greeted by Urdan he was lovely too very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was absolutely amazing to say the least. Me and my partner are big foodies and chose bed and breakfast as we like to eat out and taste different foods. But the food was absolutely amazing here we only ate out once during our stay as the food and presentation was like Michelin star food. The chefs were amazing too and accommodated us in every way even at breakfast when we asked for poached eggs and an eggs Benedict which was amazing. Tillie who we called Billy for the whole of our stay and Urgan and Lillie I think his name was totally made our food experience and we couldn’t praise them enough. We also had Genaro a young lad that served the drinks and is learning the ropes also looked after us very well. It pays to be complimentary to everyone as we got treated like royalty to say the least. Didn’t want to leave them all as they made our stay very enjoyable. Would highly recommend this gem of a hotel trust me you won’t be disappointed.

Our room was very small and the view from the balcony wasn’t great - it all felt quite cramped. Would also have been nice for some added extras like bottled water in the room.

The staff are awesome. So friendly and helpful. Our room was huge with an amazing bed and great balcony. The pool is great and the breakfast is unbelievable. Highly recommend. Great location as well. Easy to get to different beaches and restaurants.
