Wonderful staff, always smiling and ready to help. Very clean, amazing view from the terrace, delicious breakfast, private parking. We would definitely come back, thank you for everything! Location is also ok, bus stop is right next to the hotel (easy transportation to the city center).

The shower tap wasn't user friendly. I had great difficulties adjusting the water to the right temperature. I've never seen these kinds of taps before.

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast, good coffee. They got us a driver, Armando whose English was excellent. He was friendly, punctual and knowledgeable. We asked the hotel manager to book us for an extra day and it was no problem for them.

We felt so welcome at the Hotel Bonsai. Each staff member always made sure we were cared for, offering us regular help. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast each morning in our room - absolutely delicious. The cleaning staff didn't bother us in the morning and always waited until after we had left to clean the room. We never felt rushed or hurried to be away and always felt welcomed when we returned. The staff were super helpful in showing us where the bus into town was and how we can contact taxis if we needed to. They also showed us some lovely places to eat and drink. We speak several languages and felt awful that we only spoke limited albanian- but the staff's English was fantastic. There were no communication issues. Honestly, we can't wait to make another booking - each day at the hotel bonsai really made the holiday....coming back to relax at a place where you know you're welcome. Thank you so much to all the staff - we are so excited to make this our regular holiday!

The accommodation at Hotel Bonsai was extraordinary. I highly recommend this hotel due to its warm staff, cleanliness, and value for money. The people here are extremely helpful, and the breakfast is marvellous. You can take a cab to the city for 8-10 Euros or public transport from 4 4-minute walk away from the hotel. Hotel Bonsai met all needs, and the experience was extraordinary! I highly recommend it!

The hotel was nice and clean with very great staff. The room was spatious, clean, and had a very big and comfortable bed. We slept very well. The bathroom was big and also clean. The breakfast was delicious, great coffee, and the fresh squeezed orange juice was very tasty.

Very kind and helpful staff. We arrived late in the evening, hungry, and they ordered food for us that was brought to the hotel so we didnt have to go out. Clean, very comfy beds. Location is perfect if you need to catch a bus from the East Terminal in Tirana, since it is just a 20 min walk there so no hassles with buses and taxis. They make great coffee too :)

Such friendly staff. Easy to access parking. Lovely breakfast menu. We could also have a load of laundry done. The bus to Tirana centre is very convenient. Ensure you take the L8 TEG it must have TEG in the wording (the L8A will go the wrong route). All our interactions in Albania were with such friendly people.

The location was a bit far from the city center, but I was preparing for a 7 day hike so actually it was perfect for me. I still was able to walk to and from the city center

I arrived at night due to flight delays and the staff were immediately helpful and friendly. I went straight to bed, but when I woke up and went on the balcony, the view took my breath away. As I arrived at night, I had no idea what to expect when waking up and the view was incredible. The room was perfect and clean with good heating/cooling. The hotel was VERY nice and very new. I loved my stay there.

We got noisy neighbours for one night. The pavement walking around hotel it’s a hit and missed 🙈

The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is comfortable and very clean! The breakfast offer a choice of food and we really liked it. The coffee and fresh orange juice was superb! We learn to catch the local bus L8 Quonder -soak -terminal (I may not spell it correctly) and in minutes you are in the Center for 40 Lek per person (you are buying the tickets on the bus). Going back don’t make the mistake of taking the bus sanatorium - you always need the Quonder- souk terminal. I can recommend the hotel to everybody - we had a very nice stay :) and really nice time in Tirana.

There was no kettle so unable to make hot drinks. The location of the hotel was not very nice - littered street, stray dogs, no suitable place for dining out. Prime TV and Netflix apps were on the TV - but unable to access them. We watched YouTube movies.

The staff members were accommodating and welcoming and helped us a lot with the language barrier and ordering our meals on the app. The breakfast was ok - There were 2 options consisting of a full range of items. There was a stocked fridge with beers, wines, soft drinks and chocolates in our room. A lift to our floor. A nearby well-stocked supermarket. The bathroom was spacious, with a bidet and good flowing water from the shower.

I m so used with big n known hotels 5 stars ir a little below or 4 . The lobby so spacious. N sometimes with a piano bar. I did not like too many tables in the lobby. A good sofa will be nice .n never seen a lobby when I entered too many tables in the reception desk .I think it will look more appealing with less tables .n inviting.
