The doors on our room was not working properly and staff in restaurant/bar is not speaking english. Breakfast is very modest and all ingredients are not fresh.

The hotel is located on walking distance to city center and parking outside of hotel is free.

Payment in EUROS with card was difficult and so I had to pay in local currency by card - which, with the conversion rate, was not positive for me. Breakfast was simple and Ok, but I would like to have more options.

Breakfast was not bad but could be better. And there were any catering in room for example water, tea etc.

The lady at the reception was very helpful when i got sick. Staff was very caring in general. It was very clean.

Staff were hit and miss. The woman on reception was amazing to deal with, helpful and informative. Otherwise, the guy on check in on Sunday was the opposite, check in was very rushed, no information was given at all, not even breakfast times. Similarly at breakfast, we had to ask for coffee as the guy serving had no interest in asking guests.

Breakfast was fine for price and location very handy.

I'd like to mention that staff it's not very friendly. Also when we called reception to ask about late checkout and if we had to pay something extra, he told us to ask in the morning again cuz he didn't know. Well i wanted to know just to not wake up early in the morning...

It's my second time staying at hotel Comfort and i would say that in general it was e good experience. I like the location and the area around a lot.

The staff, except for one lady who works in the day time has lack of basic english knowledge. So be prepared to use google translate for any kind of basic communication. This is not something I did not like, but some thing they can improve.

The hotel was clean and warm. Everything is in order and we don't really have to take the pain of anything. They do daily cleaning and change of towels. There are enough cafes,supermarkets and pharmacies around the hotel. You can find public parking below the hotel which is payable as per government norms.

I booked the hotel for one night but i stayed 2 more days at comfort hotel.Friendly staff especially Adela Her constant smile and Super attention are awesome,feel like a home rather than hotel. My checkout was evening 6 o clock,that time Adela was not there but she was arranged the food for my two kids (Adela attention was like a mam )Adela thank you every much for your help & support. Adela,Anushka & Ayush told me to convey their Regards to you.

Initially, I only booked two nights at the Comfort Hotel, but then booked another four nights. And that, frankly, for the classy treatment of Mrs. Adela, her constant smile and keen attention to all our needs made me feel at home rather than in a hotel. I loved the breakfast, and even if I asked for something else for my breakfast and it could have been provided, the hotel is not late in accommodating that. All the hotel staff led by Mrs. Adela are excellent in dealing and very respectful. I also thank the lady who arranged the rooms for her sincerity and concern. The hotel is very nice and I loved it and it will be my home every time I visit Albania, this beautiful and beloved country with its kind and generous people.

Great location. Staff were professional and friendly. Had an excellent restaurant fora quick cheap lunch and a very popular cafe that was always busy. Everything is a short walk away. Very reasonably priced. Some excellent restaurants a few minute’s walk away.

The view from the room was not so great (just seeing the next apartment). It wasn't so depressing though.
