No barrier between shower and toilet. Bathroom gets wet. Not a big deal as we could sweep it to dry.

This is essentially a lovely family run guesthouse with large comfortable rooms, we had a room on the 2nd floor. A lot of stairs, but a balcony with sea views. Breakfast is brought to your room. The family are super friendly and helpful.

Very kind and helpful hosts. Rooms have everything you need, very clean. The breakfast was amazing (we had the pancakes and the scrambled eggs). If we come back to Ksamil, this hotel will be definitely our choice again!

It’s a cute hotel run by a family. It’s located just a few minutes from the city center. The room is quite big, comfortable and very clean! The breakfast is awesome, especially the homemade pancakes. All the stuff are very friendly, always wishing to help with a smile!

We had a lovely relaxing week here, it is a quiet location but convenient for town centre and beaches . We were made to feel so welcome from the start, Kladji and his brother were so kind and helpful, even giving us a quick tour on arrival to show us quickest way into town and suggestions for best places to eat etc Albanian food is the best! Super friendly and accommodating people! The room was clean and spacious enough. You get to choose your breakfast, which is freshly prepared and served in the morning at the door. Our terrace was in the shade in the morning, so it was perfect for having breakfast there. They have a proper parking lot. It is located very close to the centre, but no noise - it's nice and quiet.

Location is great, you are 2 minutes away from the beach and the centre is down the street. You are close to bars, restaurants and some of the greatest location such as 3 Islands Beach, Bora Bora and many more. The breakfast is in the room, you have to choose from the menu and in the morning you just text the hour and the food will be warm, fresh and delicious. The room is big, clean and you have all that you want there. We met one of the warmest and nicest guys in the hotel staff. He came to show us the surroundings, the beaches, where to eat. We were permanently in contact with him (he texts every evening if you need something). Always smiling, always asking "how are you, everthing good, where are you going". They are the best! We will recommend this hotel to everyone, cheers to them!

The shower is almost non-existent and floods the whole bathroom. When there's no sun, there is often no hot water.

The brothers owning the hotel are just ADORABLE. Super friendly, always doing small chats and giving us useful advice for places to see. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is freshly renovated and very clean. 2 minutes walk to the city centre, but away from the main road and Ksamil's chaos. The bed is very comfortable.

We stayed for one night in this simple but clean and comfortable appartment. Breakfast was ordered by us, from a choice of 5 menus. This is a family run business andwe had a warm welcome from the sons. They were extremely helpful with information on the local área and restaurants.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely marvelous. The hotel's location is simply perfect. On our way back from the beach, we could conveniently shop at the nearby supermarket, take a break for some delightful coffee at a cozy café, and relish in some of the finest seafood specialties at one of the top fish restaurants, all within 200 meters from the hotel. But that's not all that enchanted us. The two brothers who took care of our stay were truly exceptional. Their genuine hospitality reminded us why traveling and meeting new people are so rewarding. They were attentive, accommodating, and their kindness truly touched us. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we would love to visit again in the future. If you're looking for a seaside getaway with a perfect location and heartfelt hospitality, I can't recommend anything better than this hotel.

Nothing, but I would just suggest a blackout/blind to make the room dark.

The staff was amazing and gave us many tips. Also, he walked to show us how to go to the beach and places to eat, rent a car, etc. The bedroom was super ok (AC worked properly, private WC). The idea to have breakfast in your room and also we can choose 5 different menus.
