You have to put the heater on before taking a shower. So you've to remember that when you want to shower in the morning.

Amazing location. Couldn't have been better for such a low price. The restaurant below is also a nice place for a quick bite or a drink. There is a supermarket across the street. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Mattresses are a bit worn out - we could feel the springs. A few more amenities would be great, like hooks in the rooms to hang towels. Toilet was blocked and the flush didn't work.

Great location right in the middle of Berat. Rooms were simple but fine for a few nights and there are just two apartments so the shared bathroom doesn't get busy. Basic kitchen with a fridge and gas cooker. Good air con and wifi.

It was very cold in February and the apartment’s air con/heater unit was not great. No heater in the bathroom or kitchen area so it was really cold at night and when taking a shower. However, this is obviously not a problem in warmer months.

Great location and has everything you need for a stay in Berat! The location is great and our host was super responsive and really friendly. Although it’s basic, the apartment gives you great value for money.

The insulation is not the best and even with AC it was a bit cold. Lack of communication, I texted the host twice about leaving my bag after check-out and I never got a reply. As a consequence I had to carry my bagpack for three hours. No toilet paper when I arrived.

It was extremely cold. The type of building doesn't insulate the cold. The blankets were not enough and the AC was really weak.

The location was incredible, just off the promenade and the beds were very comfortable.
