Amazing place to stay in the heart of the old town. Amazing view from the room The hosts are such nice friendly people, and cooked us a great breakfast which set us up for the day. It's very comfortable, and nice and quiet in the evening. Berat is a beautiful place, and I recommend guest house Mikel 100% We would definitely stay again. Everything was great

We loved staying here in this very traditional house. The little balcony is a bonus along with the main room being very large with amazing views. Mikel and Georgia are the most wonderful hosts. I think it’s worth staying here for her amazing breakfast (the best in Albania we think) and the great location with the outside lane made so beautiful with Mikel’s flower garden. You will not be disappointed. Fantastic value for money. I hope someday I can come back and stay again. Thank you for making our stay so special.

Recommendation: Make sure to bring earplugs for a better sleep, as it might be noisy from the street below in the morning (but for us this was no problem) :)

The guesthouse is located in the most beautiful alley in berat. The Lady who runs the guesthouse is a lovely and sensitive person, who offers an excellent service and a rich and homemade breakfast (the best we had during our whole trip!). The ancient builing and rooms in the appartment are like a timetravel, what lifts the whole berat experience a level up. The rooms are lovely decorated with an eye to details, beds super comfortable (also the best we had). We would definetifely come again. Well earned 10/10 points for this cozy homestay.

If you stay in the old neighborhoods in Berat, we do not recommend heavy suitcases.

The room was spacious and the views are amazing. The best host you can find in Berat, very hospitable, attentive and a good cook. The breakfast was incredible. We are very happy of having chosen this house for our stay in Berat.

The host was the nicest lady who did everything possible to make us feel home. The room was great, she gave us refreshments as soon as we came. The breakfast was great, there was everything we could ask for. It’s definitely a place to stay at it you are in Berat!

Everything was great. The place is very good and the view is marvelous. The old couple who lives in the house is very friendly, even though they don't speak English, was ok to communicate, I think is their daughter who talks on WhatsApp when is necessary. The breakfast was really good too. The location is perfect, need to climb a bit but is the old town, is worth it for the view. We stayed in the main room, with a big double bed, which is very spacious and comfortable. Also is a great spot for Instagram pics, I know you guys will love that, let me share some so you can check ;)

It is a very nice guesthouse! We got directions/pictures on how to get there via WhatsApp right after booking which made things so much easier! The guesthouse is nestled into the hill and provides an exceptional view! The breakfast was super nice too! One thing worth knowing is that the way up to the house is a bit rocky (but the great view is worth it). So if you have the chance to leave unnecessary items in your car I would recommend doing that. We definitely would come back!

Mattress are a bit hard, I don't mind it and it's actually healthier but my girlfriend said it was too hard.

Very friendly and good location, has a small veranda with an amazing view, I recommend. Another plus is it is next to "Lilli" restaurant which is a must place to eat. Breakfast was also very good, I wouldn't change anything here, great experience.

The location was perfect, and the view from the room was breathtaking. The hosts were extremely nice and cooked us a very tasty breakfast in the morning. We were greeted with fresh fruit, homemade jams, and rakia upon our arrival. Can't get any better than that!

It the center of the old town, the room is big and beautifull: windows all around with an amazing view, wooden floor and fournitures, lumimous. But the real magic of this home comes from the small attentions of the host: delicious traditionnal breakfast, evening tea, welcome fruits platter... Thanks a lot for the warm welcome, we enjoyed our stay very much !

It was the best experience we've ever had at any paid for over night stay. Mikel and his wife were incredibly hospitable and the room was beyond anything we could've imagined! I'd recommend staying here over any other booking.com or Airbnb place available.

Very nice location in the heart of the old town. Mikel and his wife were so kind with us, offering us fruits and water when we arrived. The room Washington very confortable with a very nice view. If you go to Berat, definitely the place to stay. Good breakfast.

In summer it can be very hot in the rooms and noisy because of the open windows (no AC).

Very, very nice hosts and PERFECT breakfast. Mikel and his family make you feel very welcome and at home. Beautiful and traditional place, like a museum. Awesome view from windows and balkony. Beds are super comfortable and everything is very clean. It is more a homestay than a guesthouse! You will have a good time there.
