Niko it's a fantastic host, he tried to helped us at any time and always with a big smile! His breakfast it's outstanding. Private parking and a walking distance from Berat city centre. Highly recommend to spend at least one night at Niko's.

Niko and his wife were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was nice. The rooms are comfy and clean. Very near the centre.

The room was simple but comfortable. There were no blankets however so the room was a bit cool because of a rather prolonged rain.

Niko was one of the friendliest hosts we came cross on our two week vacation. He could speak no English but it didn't matter. He was very dedicated to making us as comfortable as possible. He even presented us with a glass of raki at bedtime. He made us a wonderful breakfast.

Our host, Niko, greeted us with a big smile and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. He is super-friendly and helpful. The breakfast he prepared for us was outstanding and deserves an 11/10. We particularly loved the Albanian donuts and fig jam. Being able to park our car onsite was very convenient.

I highly recommend stayting at Niko's guesthouse! We had a really nice, new room with really comfortable, big bed. There were everytthing we needed - fridge, tv, big shower, hair dryer, a desk with chair, a rack and good air conditioning. Breakfast was perfect with fresh orange juice and delicious albanian donusts with self-made jams. Location is good, 10 minutes from city center by feet and no crowd. Really nice there is place to park a car. Niko is really kind, helpful and hospitable, he really loves hosting people! :)

The accommodation itself was fine, clean, nice, but nothing special. The accommodation deserves the best rating thanks to its owner. He is an incredibly nice and sweet person who prepared us an amazing breakfast from homemade ingredients. If I ever return to Berat, I will definitely want to stay here again.

The hosts were truly adorable, they made us a delicious breakfast. The property is short walking distance to the center and allows you to park the car inside which is great! The room was very comfortable and had a good functioning AC which was a must.

Just for information: the property is next to a car wash and road, you can hear it, but didn't bother me. Outside the room and in garden you don't have any privacy while the owners family also living there, but they give you the space.

The host Niko is very friendly and made a local breakfast. Parking is inside the fenced property and garden. On walking distance to city center, boulevard and castle. Nice and clean (bath)room.

Location is not ideal

Although the location is not the best, the facilities are good and clean and the breakfast is absolutely superb! Best homemade breakfast I have had in a very long time. Only to enjoy it visiting Niko is already worth it. Value for money is hard to beat

The guest house is quite near the city centre. about a 15 min walk from the road leading to the castle & the Ethnographic Museum, & the first bridge over the river to Gofica. Niko doesn’t speak English but is friendly & helpful. Breakfast, included in the price, is good & Niko willingly adapted it to suit my Keto/gluten free diet. My room was spacious, quiet & very clean, with a comfortable bed.

Car wash next door , one can hear the water pump, otherwise it’s very quiet , and it didn’t actually bother us.

it’s fantastic value, Niko is a darling, generous varied breakfast in the garden, gave us a plate of figs on arrival. comfortable bed, spacious room. Don’t hesitate to stay here. Easy walk to the Center .
