Our room was next to lobby and restaurant so little bit noisy at times. Also there was information that we would have washing machine and tumble drier in the room but did not have those. Maybe they have in common space somewhere. We didnt need it anyways but there is some incorrect information while making booking.

Breakfast is amazing. Best in all Albania. The host is also very friendly and room was nicely decorated and bed was good. Location is also very central but you have to climb up a bit so should consider this. There is Netflix and probalby the only hotel we had on our trip that tv was working with no problems.

Fabulous views. Great location. Suitable for those that pack light and can negotiate stairs. Breakfast is outstanding, with variety, quantity, and quality. All homemade. Dinner was equally as impressive. Great hospitality, always ready to assist.

Breakfast on the terrace was so tasty and beautifully presented The rooms were gorgeous, authentic and spacious and the bathroom had a really good power shower.

Had a perfect stay at Hani i Xheblatit. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from restaurants, markets and bus station, and the view was breathtaking. The room is rustic but very comfortable and everything was clean as you’d expect. What made our stay special was the outstanding hospitality, the host went out of his way to answer all our questions and helped us to the station with his private car when checking out from our stay. We are very grateful for that. We also had great breakfast with the most amazing view! Would definitely recommend staying here!

A lovely, historic hotel tucked away in the hillside in the old town. A beautiful terrace with great views over the river and a fabulous and huge breakfast which changes each day. The room, though small is comfortable and has very pretty old architectural features, also has a balcony overlooking the river. Very straightforward to find using Googlemaps, all involving steps but no great hassle. Very friendly and kind owner who offered to take me to the bus station for the next leg of my trip which was a kind and generous gesture - a big thank you. A great place to stay in Berat, highly recommend.

Beautiful place, incredible location, with stunning views (and 1 minute's walk from Lili's, which was incredible for dinner - booking needed as it's tiny and very popular!), amazing breakfast, and brilliant hospitality - free wine and snacks in the evening, and they called our taxi driver to let us know we'd left a bag behind and ran down the hill to bring it to us, so we wouldn't miss our bus to Tirana! Wish we could have stayed longer....

Nothing! It's a bit of a climb up a hill, but that's worth it for the views from the room.

I loved this hotel so much! It was centrally located in the historic centre, and the view from my room was exceptional. Staff were incredibly friend and helpful, and the breakfast was one of the best I've ever had! It was exceptionally good value and I very much enjoyed my stay.

Not a minus but be aware that you are supposed to climb quite a few steps to reache th place, it is important that guests with reduced mobility do know this as it may be relevant

Great location in the old town of Berat (Mangalem,, very convenient to reach all the main attractions. Very gorgeous rooms and common area with superb views over the Gorica neighborhood. Very traditional yet comfortable, nice terrace in the room Breakfast is wonderful and tasty, great variety of dishes and products Very nice staff, very welcoming and ready to assist you in any way
