the noise - you hear everything between the rooms and the staircase bathroom - we had a leaking sink, were missing towels, safe was not working, had to request several times, reception staff with very poor english

- No bin in the room? A bit of a strange one! - The bed in the room was made each day, and towels replaced. But it wasn't cleaned. - The bar they advertise as being at the hotel was permanently closed. This is a shame, as it's at the top of the hotel and could have potential. - Staff speak little English, which is a bit difficult when trying to get help in some situations. For example, we had laundry done and kept going back to get it, but we couldn't, with no real explanation than '5 minute' or 'ready'. - No iron available in room, but the receptionist instead did my ironing for me. I felt bad about her having to do this! The hotel should be buying irons, especially if guests are paying €325 euro a night for one room.

- The room layout was lovely, with a beautiful big bath, two balconies and lots of space. - The pool was nice, as was the location near the beach. - The buggy down to the beach was very useful, and the staff member who did this was very friendly and always willing to help - The view from the room was great - The breakfast was good, and you get a properly made coffee with it when you ask!

The location of the hotel is perfect with the vlora marina views and surrounded by top restaurants in Vlora. The breakfast was delicious with a large variety of hot and cold items.

construction works were being performed in the pool while we were there. the pool was not in use and there was noise and dust. breakfast was very poor. we paid for the water and coffe. total disappointment. the lift was not functional due to the rain. this hotel should finish the works and be ready before offering a room for 150 euros a night.

The main issue was with the incredibly loud music. First morning there we were woken up by loud music at 7am! (I do love the lion king soundtrack, but not that early in the morning!) And even in the afternoon/eve the rooms are not sound proof and at some times it’s impossible to sleep! So bear in mind to being earplugs if you’re staying here!

The hotel itself was really nice, each room comes with a little balcony and the breakfast in the morning was really good!

- our original room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the unclean bathroom (which had been used). - the elevator didn't work, and we had to climb the stairs to the 4th floor - there was no one around to help with anything - so we went the whole stay without any water, not even the Wi-Fi password, let alone tea/coffee or breakfast, which was supposed to be included & of course, there was no one to help us check out. They just took our money, gave us a key card and left - the hallways are filthy, dirty with balls of hair, dust and dead insects everywhere. Of course, no cleaners to be found

I'm struggling to find a plus here - We felt like we owned the place; because absolutely no one was here (not even the staff). It was just us and the gardener.

This hotel was a great surprise. Staff were wonderful, everyone was very nice. The entire hotel was immaculately clean, very modern and beautifully decorated. It's a gorgeous hotel. The location is a very close to the beach, only a few minutes walk. From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended!

The room is quite small and in particular the bathroom has no space at all. The sink is practically inside the shower. The light in the room is white, which is already unpleasant and there is no bedside table light. The room is either dark or with super strong lighting, there is no middle ground. The breakfast is extremely poor: there is no toaster to heat the bread, no yogurt or sliced fruit. The scrambled eggs are terrible. Everything is made available to the guests in minimal quantities and the staff is always trying to replace what is missing (but something is always missing: dishes, glasses, bread, juice, etc).

The hotel is nice and well located. Without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle, it's quite close to the waterfront where the bars and restaurants are. The pool area is very pleasant, as is the bar/restaurant. The staff are friendly and try to please the guests, however, it is visible the lack of monitoring and training.
