The main issue was communicating with the host. He did'nt know English, so it was a bit difficult to understand what he was trying to say--- but there's always Google translate......The kitchen was a bit too small. Would become pretty tight for more than one person in there. But for the price it was alright for me. Also if you are a person who gives more importance to the stay, it might not suit your taste. We were out most of the time and spent only the nights at the dorm. So, that was fine.

The accomodation was worth the cheap price. I stayed in a 4 bedroom dorm with a balcony with a bathroom. It was pretty clean. Met a few other travelers at the stay. It is located in the middle of the city, so is easily accessible to many shops and eateries. Overall very affordable and comfortable accomodation.

The staff Sajd was very kind , he helped to navigate to the hostel and also helped with places to visit.. He also offered me coffee at the cafe when I was about to leave shkoder. God bless him and his family!!

The worst thing about my room (I had a private room) was the design of the bathroom: the sink was falling apart, the shower was lukewarm, and, worst of all, it was designed so that the whole bathroom would flood when you took a shower. The hostel has no common areas to speak of, and, in December, the whole hostel (outside of the individual rooms) was freezing, as they had tons of windows which were permanently open. Overall, it is overpriced for what you get.

This hostel is centrally located, it has 24h reception, and the Wi-Fi is strong; the facilities, including the kitchen, are sufficient.

shower🚿 and toilet are together and use the same basin and shower head confused me.. Cleanness also need to take care more especially kitchent

Only 4beds in the room is like a private room, it has locker as well🔒 clean sheets and bath towel. View from the terrace. WiFi is fast.

There were two of us, and while one had a comfortable bed, unfortunately the other did not, which made it hard to get a good nights sleep. While the linens and rooms were very clean, the kitchen could use a little attention.

The host!!! He was absolutely amazing!!! He was kind, and soooo helpful (gave restaurant suggestions, helped book transportation to Valbone and back from Theth, let us do laundry, and stored our big pack while we were in the mountains). The hostel is also in a great location, close to bus station, great restaurant and two amazing bakeries.

It was not so clean, there’s no door control so basically anyone can come in and out anytime and it felt a bit unsafe. However it also can just be the way they are and trust people are just good. (In Finland we basically don’t lock our doors neither) So, I guess can be just the way they are used to be, but for a business it could be a bit more cautious.

It was super near to the center and the guy at reception was really nice, helpful all the time. Helped me with all the trip to Valbona, Shala river and Theth. I could left my stuff and went to the mountains, when Ingot back stayed for one more night.

The bathroom was a bit of a mess and could definitely use some renovation. The kitchen and shared spaces were also a bit dirty, but keeping in mind how cheap the accommodation was, pretty reasonable overall.

Very friendly staff, very good value for money as one of the cheapest options for accommodation in the city. The room was relatively clean but could be improved, the bed was clean, and we had our own bathroom and our own balcony.

The mattress was not very comfortable. But the biggest problem is about the bathroom. Has only one for 10 guess. Can you imagine how uncomfortable it is. In special in the morning, when everyone needs to use it. If it's not a problem for you, the hostel is great. The kitchen was not very clear.

Kitchen maybe need more utensils. However, the hostel is really cheap, not much to complaints.

The owner are really good, friendly, helpful and will help you with all of your questions. Free to use washing machine (even I never use during my stay). Free towel, free shampoo and body shampoo.

I didn't like that no one was there most of the time. When I arrived, the owner talked with me through the camera and told me in which room I'm staying, it was weird. No explanations about where the bathroom is, I had to ask other travellers. Also, shower is in the toilet, and it is shared within all rooms. There are no curtains for the beds and no small lights, only one big for all room.

My bed was comfortable and not too soft. Air conditioning was a life saver in this heat, that's a huge plus!
