The path to the lake needs some cleaning. The room had issues with the flush and slow hot water.

Great location and facilities, plenty of things to do for both kids and adults. Beautiful wood cabins. The staff was great and the food very high quality.

The little houses look great, but there is an upper level above the ground floor and it was really noisy. You can hear every step, movement your upper neighbours do and it was uncomfortable.

Breakfast, we stayed there for 2 weeks and were eating every morning exactly the same food: eggs, cucumber, tomato bread and cheese, sometimes one slice of ham if we were lucky. No alternatives at all No fruits Not kids friendly breakfasts Indoor kids zone always closed

Shower drain didn’t go down so the bathroom had a bad smell. The food is very very basic - don’t be fooled by the “Italian resteraunt”. The double bed is in the top of the cabin which is a bit claustrophobic.

What I really liked about the hotel was the facilities, loads of action for toddlers and kids, big area, games, pools, activities, the lake is super close, really gives you many things to do to keep everyone happy and satisfied.

I give a big minus to the restaurant. My daughter wanted to have plain fries for dinner (they were on the menu as a side dish). We waited 40 minutes for them. In the meantime, acquaintances of one of the waiters still arrived, so priorities were clear. We were told that breakfast is served from 8:00, but it looks like we're just getting started at eight o'clock. We arrived a few minutes after 8:00. There were already people sitting at three tables. But breakfast was nowhere to be found. There was a cleaning lady walking around the restaurant washing the floors. The waiter did bring the cutlery after a few minutes, but he sat down at a side table with his coffee and cell phone.The other waiter was outside having a cigarette.We waited a total of 50 minutes for breakfast

We liked the spacious pool with plenty of loungers around it. The room was clean, although getting to and especially from the bed upstairs is a bit of a challenge. Plenty enough for one or two nights, would want a bit more room if staying longer. But otherwise no complaints

Our floor wasn’t properly cleaned and the shower thing to change streams fell off. But we said upon arrival that the floor was dirty and it got taken care of instantly so no negative points there.

Breakfast could be more diverse however, when we asked for little changes the staff was more than helpful. The closest beach, at the lake, could definitely be cleaner.

We were guests at Hysaj Agroturizem from 25th of July until 1st of August 2023. The quality of apartments and houses is top level, everthing is brand new and high quality. Very comfortable beds, great air conditioning. The staff is extremely helpful and polite, always ready to help. Cleanliness was very good. Wonderful, big swimming pool and nice surroundings. Prices are competitive. I would also like to mention mr Hysaj himself, a great person, he approached us couple of times to ask if everything was ok and even took our kids to feed the fishes. Albania overall is underrated, beautiful views, great nature, very close to Montenegro and beautiful beaches there.

Breakfast is with 'fix' menu (salt food), so we would suggest to add also some sweet food and fruit

Brand new apartments, clean, there is a pool for relaxing, as well as ammenities for children, personel very helpful, we tried also the restaurant and the food was great as well, recomended
