The place wasn't getting cleaned every day, they were cleaning the rooms every three other days!! I asked for the room to just be mopped, they said okay and didn't do it. I asked for cover sheets the other day, they said they'll bring it and it came afternoon and I had to ask again and again.

The hotel was closed to the beach, and the breakfast was nice.

Reception staff are completely miserable, and there is absolutely no clue about customer service. I think some training would be good. There was a lack of professionalism - no uniform, no idea who worked there. It's not nice to see random looking people wearing vests walking into the kitchen, no safety wear at all Breakfast was awful, too - everything thrown together and nothing vaguely appetising for me, so I skipped it.

Didn't look very clean. Windows sealings were bad, our room was on the highway side and there was constant noise from cars. Fridge was not working at all. Bathroom was very old. Balcony was there but no access to it. Air conditioner was not working properly.

Breakfast was good. Mattresses were decent. Good location.

The bathroom was not clean. When we openned the window on the balcony the middle plastic part between the two windows fell off. Choise for breakfast was poor and seems like what is server is served, no additional refuel of food during breakfast time. The beach was not so tidy, same for the sunbeds when we arrived on the hotel beach.

The air conditioner was great and is in function. WiFi connection was strong. The stuff was super nice and helpful with directions and answers to our questions.

All building in bad condition. Room A/C did not work, all equipment in very bad condition,. Bad smell from suagge sistem. Wi-fi did not work all the time. Breakfest was on minimum level. Every day the same - egss, sossages, solted cheess and cold water.

Never had such a poor breakfast even in lower rated hotels. The bathrooms are really old, and the room floors not so clean. We could not close the windows, and we were right next to the highway (it was loud throughout the night)..

We booked a sea view room and we got a room with traffic view,so noisy we couldn’t sleep.The AC didnt work😑..Than we asked for another room but we had to pay more 🙄.

Staff weren't very friendly. The other lady on reception wasn't very friendly at check-in - it felt like I was interrupting her phone time. When I walked in, I wasn't even greeted and given no information. The room had holes in the walls, noisy air con. No blankets or spare pillows. The top sheet was a single sheet for a large bed. The hotel isn't beachfront. It's on the beachside of the main road behind another hotel. The room was soundproofed to the busy main road but not to other rooms in the hotel. Heard doors slamming, people talking and walking past. If you want a coffee at breakfast time, it's an extra cost. Only €1 but they don't tell you. Had to ask for cutlery for breakfast as there was none there. No attention to detail

the room was looking at the main street, so it was very noisy in the terrace, but with windows closed it was not a problem. The breakfast was very basic and limited selection,

The room was very good and beds comfortable. The hotel is located on the main promenade, so it is very convenient to walk in the evening. On the other side it is the main street, so it was very easy to get to the main road and lose no time if you need to travel somewhere.

The check in staff had a bad attitude, instead of explaining the payment process, she replayed “ dont care, go check your bank”. The room set up was ok. The balcony door did not close 100% ( doesnt matter, the room was on the second floor). The bathroom, was tiny, everything was moving, toilet , sink. The shower, if i have to call it this way, was improvised in between the sink and the toilet bowl.
