Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumI had a wonderful stay at this family hotel in Saranda. It's a perfect choice , offering simplicity while fulfilling all our needs. Finding parking was a always easy and free, and the personal touch of it being a family-owned hotel added to the charm. Special thanks to Elona, a local who provided excellent recommendations for our trip.

Basic breakfast but not bad. Free parking. The location is not bad but hard to move without a car. The Stuff was nice.

United Kingdom- "clean" towles left had orange stains on them - Sink full of flies - Soap left had hair/dirt clung to the wrappers - Extremely noisy fridge in room - Room over-heated, air conditioning not workimg, opened the window and let several mosquitos in, got bitten several times - TV in room did not work (no signal at all) Decided to pay for an earlier flight/ferry and leave one day early. Could not sleep in the room, far too uncomfortable.
Lady at the reception desk was very nice and helpful, offered to point out tourist attractions etc...

GreeceAt informations they wrote that the breakfast is from buffet and actually they bring the food at the table. It was a nice breakfast with eggs,milk, coffee and juice but limited. Also, I think it was overestimated about the price.
The personnel was very polite and the see view from the room was beautiful ❤️
