The wifi was a bit weak at times. A small bedside lamp would have been great.

I really liked it. I had a room on the 3rd floor and a great view of Ksamil from my balcony and the sunset in the evening. I had everything I needed in the room. A small kitchenette, a dining table, wardrobe. There was also a TV, but I didn't use it. The bed was super comfortable. The complex is in a (still) very quiet area. However, you can quickly walk to the centre of Ksamil and thus to many restaurants and supermarkets. The big plus, however, was the pool. Perfect for a bit of relaxation.

Excellent! The owner was willing, drove to the port for us and finally took us there. The room was clean, the bathroom was great, the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool under the room was great too. Total satisfaction for the money! Thank you.

Lovely place, well priced & located 5 min walk to the main road and 10 mins to the beach. Lovely family running the apartments, many thanks for a great stay. Swimming pool is ever so clean and perfect on a boiling hot day.

Beautiful little apartment with lovely swimming pool. Away from the hustle and bustle of town and the noise but close enough to enjoy all amenities. Beach 10 minutes walk. Excellent value for money and lovely hosts. The studio was immaculate and bed comfy. Gorgeous terrace to have breakfast on and friendly kittens that came to visit.every day.

The main issue was wi-fi quality. It either worked terribly or didn't work at all most of the time. I had to use my mobile phone as an access point literally all the time One more thing to note is that the road outside is not good and there are some construction sites on the way to the center

The location is what I expected, easy to get to the beach, there are grocery stores and cafes nearby. There is enough space and 2 rooms that allow some privacy for work-related phone calls. The kitchen is well-equipped and functional. The hosts are friendly. The view from the apartment's balcony was good. Overall, I enjoyed this stay

The owner was great picked us up and dropped us back to the port in saranda, the studio was perfect for my wife and I. If your one for cooking you only have one cooking ring, but that didn't bother us as we eat out every night, Albania needs to get kettles in rooms. For making Tea. Ksamil is a great place to visit.

WiFi could be more Stable, but the Owner assured me that he's working on it. Rooms are actually smaller than shown on the Pictures so... try to avoid the Rooftop rooms if you're tall. Or you're gonna have a hard time avoiding hitting the ceiling. The Beds could be a bit bigger if destined for couples. A 140cm (wide) Bed is certainly not enough. The Kitchen Supplies are pretty old, hhmm... try replacing them with Materials which can handle mishandling (for example "Cheramic Frying Pan") that way... even if the Guests use the Hard Side or the Sponge to wash it... the Frying Layer will not be destroyed.

The Pool was Nice, with Outside Showers/Toilets, every room had Balconies with nice Views on all sides. You had personal kitchens if you want to avoid the crazy overpriced restaurants outside. For the amount of people & rooms, it was surprisingly peaceful/quiet. Staff was very friendly & helpful everytime for any inquiry.

If you go by bus, ask for directions to arrive at the place as google will suggest the shortest but the steepest and in bad conditions. The longer path is way better through a sealed street.

Wifi was very very average. There are no photos of the kitchenette in the listing. FYI - The kitchenette was small with bare minimum of equipment (as expected from a kitchenette!). We managed to cook a decent pasta, but it required a bit of juggling as there is only one small countertop electric stove. Didn't impact our rating. FYI - Not the owners fault, but Ksamil in general is a tourist trap, we didn't do enough research before coming. The private beaches really ruin the experience. Really hard to recommend Ksamil to anyone during peak season. Didn't impact our rating of this hotel.

Aircon was great (necessary for the 40C+ days). Pool was good, but could use more sunbeds. Room was as described in the listing.

5-10 min walking distance from beach, bars restaurants etc. Really comfortable beds, apartments are good sizes with everything you need fridge, oven, hob etc. really enjoyed our stay and owners were very attentive
