Everything is new, great location and helpful owners. They changed our room after we made a booking mistake and agreed to lower the price of the new room (as it was a more expensive option). If its your first time in that area ask the owners for recommendations as they tell you where to go and of what to be careful. Private parking if you driving (felt safe)

WiFi had bad signal in room 308 all the time, tested with everyone in the room.

Everything else was good, starting from hosts which were very friendly and they were trying to help with Everything we asked for.

I would mention only details: we didn't have dish detergent, sponge, wipes/towels, ladle etc. in the kitchen. Apparently maybe for this reason some cutlery was dirty. + You need to bring your own towels and toilet paper.

The accommodation was very clean and modern, the hosts are very lovely people :) We enjoyed our short stay.

The bathroom was a bit basic - not a single shelf or place to put things, no shower curtain. Also the kitchen is not well equiped if you intend to to really cook there, and no coffee machine or mocha, not even paper kitchen towels.

Very nice and comfortable apartments outside the main seafront in Shengjin, but onlly 5-10 minutes walk from the sea front, and with shops and restaurants nearby. Also execllent for an escape to the much nicer beach of Rana e Hedhun, 15 minutes down the road. The owners are very friendly and helpful - ask them for directions to Rana e Hedhun. Bath towels are not officially included, but they gave us two when we asked. Big private carpark as well.

room wasn't the same as it looked in the photo where i made the reservation, the room didn't have air conditioner

Locations wasn't far from the beach, you could reach the beach for an 8 minutes of walk, staff was very welcoming.

I was disappointed by the absence of a conditioner, as only a fan was available that didn't provide much relief.

I appreciated the cleanliness, its convenient proximity to the city, and the presence of excellent seafood restaurants nearby the hotel.

Everything was great

The apartment is exquisite so as the staff. When we arrived they told us every necessary info that we need to know and they were super kind. The apartment was cozy and cleans, it had everything that you need. All in one everything was perfect😊

Still somethings to add like a table lamp (or you have a light too strong or you have no light at all), a garbage in the room or some hangers for the towels (there is one but it's not enough). The access is not the best

The alley from the main road to the object was with rocks and we had to carry our luggage.(But since it is a new Building i think they are gonna fix that) and No A/C (in our room) that was kinda bad cause at night was so hot and we couldn't leave the windows open cause even though there was Anti insect nets the mosquitoes found a way to get in.

I liked the Silence at night and the Staff were friendly. it was Very clean it had free Wifi,TV, refrigerator.

There weren’t any towels and the bathroom didn’t have soap or shampo. Also the room didn’t have AC and during the night it was too hot.

Even under really weird situation that we managed to create, staff reacted perfectly and made our staying really comfortable. Room was clean. For such price it's the best deal you can get in the region. Maybe a bit of a minus is that there was no air conditioner, but the fan did its job.
