They are quite far away from the city center and the bread could be more fresh. But breakfast in general was just fine. On the top floor with amazing view.

Great! Clean, modern and very nice staff. A guy form the reception gave us some tips. We were exhausted after few nights in the car so we asked if it’s possible to check out a bit later. He asked the owner and they agreed. In the morning we took a 20 minutes swimming pool time. Very refreshing!

The hotel was excellent. The room was so comfortable and very clean. Every day, they were cleaning our room and changing the bed shits. 7-8 min walking from the town and Seafront beach bars. Great breakfast. Nice location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Thanks a lot Hotel Mare 2. Highly recommended 👌 👍 you won't be disappointed 👏 😉 👌

The time we spent in this place was fantastic, great hotel staff, very comfortable and clean rooms, great breakfasts and swimming pool zone. But the best part for us was the location, 5 min to all the shops, bithes and city center but the hotel is located in very calm and quiet zone, it was a pleasure to rest and spend some time there without any noizes and loud music. It felt like we were staying at least at 4 star hotel.

All was good, cannot say anything about the pool since we didnt use it. Boulevard is a bit out (10 min walk), but for us nice not te be in the middle of it all.

The room was very nice and spacious. Great bathroom with a good shower. Breakfast was really good, enough options to chose from & some espresso made to order. Besides there was the possibility to sit on the balcony. Staff was very friendly.

10 out 10. Hotel Mare 2 is an incredibly charming family-oriented establishment. It boasts a modern identity, offering exceptional comfort and impeccable cleanliness. Nestled in a serene locale, it remains conveniently proximate to all key attractions. The presence of a swimming pool is a definite highlight. Particularly during the evenings, it becomes a focal point for children's enjoyment, and the absence of strict time constraints is truly appreciated. The breakfast provided is of exceptional quality, with a delightful variety that changes daily. The staff members are not only cheerful and accommodating but also exhibit a commendable level of discretion. Our experience was simply delightful. Should our travels lead us back to Ksamil, there's no doubt that we would enthusiastically choose Hotel Mare 2 once again.

No comments, our stay could not have been any more perfect.

Upon arriving at Hotel Mare 1 (incorrectly, thanks to our taxi driver) Sara at the hotel immediately called for her brother Mario to pick up myself and my friend and take us to the correct hotel. We were allowed to check in early with zero extra costs or complaints, and our room was absolutely immaculate (and was cleaned to the same standard every day.) Our room was comfy, modern, secure and had a nice balcony to relax on (as well as extra beach towels). The staff at Hotel Mare 2 go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. We received great restaurant/beach recommendations from Mario, and Sara helped us massively by organising and booking our bus to Tirana as well as giving us assistance in booking Taxis in general. Sara was available on whatsapp and helped me every single time I texted, and was an amazing help to us. I have never been so well taken care of in a hotel as I have been by the staff of Hotel Mare 2. A family run business, each person is kind, charming and willing to do anything to ensure we had a great holiday (the wonderful Maid even had a go at reattaching a broken earring for me!) I would definitely go back to Ksamil, and I would not consider staying at any other hotel than Hotel Mare 2!

It would be great to have a shower in the pool area. There was no table lamp in the room so either the light is fully on or off. I wouldnt recomend ground floor apartments as they are facing pool area and it can be noisy.

The hotel is new. It is located in a quiet street. It was very clean. Very good swimming pool. The staff was polite. The Breakfast was great and rich. They provided different selection of food each day of our stay. The hotel also provide beach/pool towels on request.

There are a couple of things; firstly the shower temperature does fluctuate between hot and cold (although nothing too dramatic), there's no shade around the pool such as umbrellas, and there is no lighting option in the room other than all lights off or all lights on.

It's a really nice hotel - the staff are absolutely wonderful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast was nice and the roof terrace was a great place to eat. The hotel is in a quiet part of town too, about a 15-20 minute walk to the nicest beaches. We never used the pool but it looked nice and was always busy! It would also be good to mention this is a family hotel and was absolutely full of children (the same with all of Ksamil - which we never expected!)

Many things: a. Very friendly staff. The owners aim to cultivate a family atmosphere and exert every effort to accommodate all your needs. b. Excellent breakfast, which includes a large variety of home-made delicacies. The taste was amazing. We were waking up and looking forward to getting breakfast there:) c. Extremely clean d. Spacious rooms. Very good value for money. This hotel and the nearby beach has nothing to envy from the nearby Greek resorts, which are way more expensive. What really made a positive impression on me at our arrival was that they were eager to discuss and agree on a mutually accepted rate for turning euros to lek for the payment. Definitely the very positive kind of behavior you don't usually encounter....

I’d say the hotel was perfect, but it is a small walk from the main beaches but not too bad, ~15 mins. :)

Staff was really attentive, the room was very clean and modern. The pool was very cool. We were able to check in early and even got a free upgrade! Breakfast buffet was tasty and they served cappucinos. Overall very good value for money!
