Bathroom and kitchenette were not very clean.

Lovely location just outside of Qeparo with a fantastic view of the ocean from the balkony. Pretty quiet area. Extremely kind and helpful staff! We had a rental car, free parking in front of the hotel. The restaurant provides decent breakfast and dinner. A small private beach is accessible via a 3-5min walk down some stairs and gravel where you can buy drinks and rent sunbed‘s and umbrellas. The bed was comfortable, towels and bedding was provided. The room had mosquito nets on the balkony doors and AC.

It was difficult to park and the beach wasn't the easiest of access for someone elderly but that is not anyone's fault, we would have just been more prepared!

Even though it was at times difficult to communicate with our host, she made us feel very welcome. The food was good and the view of the sea was lovely.

Hygiene and cleanness, expand breakfast selection.

Excellent location, super host (Odhisea, falimenderit shume, ευχαριστώ πολύ). Basic and tasty breakfast, it is a shame that you can chose only limited options, 2 or 3. Rooms are simple, wi-fi varies from the floor but is ok. Hygiene and cleanness must be improved. Wonderful beach below in 2 minutes walk, the path is narrow, quite steep and with a lot of vegetation that needs to be cleared. Beach is private and they charged 8 Euros for umbrella and two sun beads in September 2022. There are cold fresh water springs on the beach and the water is quite cold. There is no parking so you will have to leave the car on the main road (pretty bad). Overall 8.

Construction of the steps from the property down to the path for the beach were slightly dangerous, no handrail, uneven and a bit overgrown - some minor adjustments would help a lot.

This is a family run hotel and feels homely and familiar - the family were very welcoming, helpful and lovely people who made our stay very enjoyable. Hotel facilities were basic but good. The view from the terrace and rooms is fantastic. Small but lovely cosy beach straight down from the hotel was great. Good value for money and a great Albanian experience.

They mixed the room that we reserved, and the other room wasn't equiped with the best facilities - air conditioner. But it got fixed later as they replaced it with the new one.

Odisea and Soti are a super host couple. They make you feel home. You could easily enjoy a coffee or a beer with them and share stories. The food was always fresh and we could choose traditional, vegetarian or something different from the menu.

Everything was perfect, the owners were the kindest and most helpful people in the world, the view was breathtaking, there are flowers everywhere so the smell is amazing and the room had everything we needed and more! The localisation is perfect, close to a lot of beautiful beaches and amazing restaurants, one of them being the Odhisea Restaurant at the hotel! We can not stress enough how much we have enjoyed our stay, if you are not sure if that's the place for you - please trust us that it is!!

I absolutely loved the view of the whole land and seascape from the high balcony,the commodity,the host's welcoming and friendly nature as well as the food they prepared.We were able to check in as soon as we arrived at the appropriate time.The rooms were excellent,clean and very comfortable.The area was quiet and it gave me a chance to truly relax.This experience was truly a breath of fresh air.
