Best best and best location... you just few step away from beautiful view of windows houses .... shops, resturants, castle very near .... Take a local bus from berat bus terminal who will take you to the hotel..... Staff was very co operative and lovely breakfast.... I will 100% recommend this hotel .... if you see the availability in hotel seriously don't think twice just book it ... Thank you so much making my trip more beautiful 😍 💕...

Just a note for people sensitive to noise - it's on a main street, so can be noisy if the windows are open.

The hostess was very kind and generous. The location is very convenient to everything: castle, old centre, promenade and park, shops, Gorica Bridge. It was so nice to have tables and chairs outside.

The only drawback is the absence of a shower curtain in the bathroom that is very small. So, after your shower, the whole bathroom area is completely wet. This is a recurrent problem for many bathrooms in Albania. Otherwise, I would have given a 10 mark.

Good bedding and pillows. Great location and quiet. Very clean. Good breakfast. Possibility of an earlier check-in. Good communication by messages. Sylvia, the owner, is a very nice lady and....beautiful as well! We experienced some glitches with the method payment -- on the Booking.com site, it says credit card payment is accepted, but it was otherwise when it was time to pay-- but she managed to find a way for credit card payment with a neighborhood supermarket. The attention they offered since before we arrived was truly appreciated. Breakfast was SO good, they even asked at what time we would like to have it. They were kind enough to give us a little breakfast to go on our last day because we were leaving by 7am. Communucation was on point at all times. Recommended!

I only stayed the one night, so all good.

Welcoming staff, there are 3 rooms, 2 at the front adjacent to the road and 1 at the back. So if your a silent sleeper, make sure you have the back room. I was fine, as I had ear plugs and still had a great sleep. The breakfast was the highlight and it's in a great location, but the town is very small, so you can pretty much stay anywhere near the old town center and you'll be good. Staff were really helpful, which was very much appreciated.

Great location near the new pedestrian bridge and the Mangalem Quarter and the modern center. Lots of restaurants nearby. The owner wouldn't be around when I checked out early in the morning, but she arranged an early taxi pick-up. She even gave me a bag breakfast since I was leaving too early for the scheduled breakfast!
