I really liked the quietness of that place, the cleanliness of the room was very good and in general very comfortable.The view from the mountain was lovely too :) The highest rating goes to the breakfast as it was cooked from a lovely adorable woman.

It was a pleasure to stay with Marietta. Her rooms are modern and clean, have AC and light block. The breakfast is tasty and the beach is a stone throw away. But the best part is the energy of the host!!! She and her bro are nice and helpful !

Everything! Especially the location, it’s very close to the beach and situated in a quiet and cool spot. I liked the fact that it has a big free parking space. I appreciated the owners’ hospitality and kindness. Their genuine smile and effort to make us feel welcomed or exchange a few words with us, made our stay amazing! I also loved their dog Roko! 😊

Cute and cozy accommodation off of the promenade of Qeparo. No view of the sea, but a clear view of the mountain. The room was small, but the space was smartly used with a loft bed. Dedicated parking was available in front of the property. Very friendly staff and delicious breakfast.

Bathroom floods!

Excellent property exactly as described. Very comfortable, modern. Space to wash and dry your clothes and very good air conditioning. A short walk to the beach and wonderful view of the wild mountains.

Unique place. Dont look for another. The lady owner is so kind and helpful. Rooms are fresh and super clean with towels and accesories in bathroom. Breakfast is like 5 star hotel. Homemade egg dish, lovely bread and homemade fig marmilade. Coffee, tea; water and juice Was is unussual in Albania. Should charge more. Location is short walk from the nice beach. Real gem along the coast. Parking just close the hotel. Thank you very much. Hope we could Come back one day..

The Accommodation was very nice, clean and with beautiful view on the mountain. There is AirCon in the room and mosquito net in all windows which is very helpful. Breakfast was really delicious. You will get Tea, Juice, Water, Coffee, Two kinds of Marmelade, Butter, Bread, Eggs and much more. We really Enjoyed the stay and would recommend it. The Qeparo Beach is 2mins by walk and if you want to be on secluded part just walk little bit further to the end of the beach where is shallow sandy water.

the double room was small and the toilet was a bit uncomfortable due to its size. the breakfast is served in a restaurant 5 minutes walking from the room.

When i booked, because of the sea pictures & the proximity to the beach, you are brought to think that it has sea view rooms. The pictures are totally misleading and in the room description is not clear. The mattress is very uncomfortable, the first night I couldn’t sleep. The hot water of the shower comes & goes when you’re having the shower, switching from hot to cold while the flow is not as it should be. The light in the room is very pale not good, also in the bathroom. Inside the room there’s a cooking corner where you can’t cook because there are no appliances except the fridge. The owner didn’t give any invoices. In conclusion the price, considering that we’re out of season, is not reasonable for what you get.

It’s near to the centre & the room is clean. They have a dedicated parking & the owner is kind.

We had the small room, there was no airconditioning so on a hot day like we had I would recommend a room with air conditioning, maybe the bigger rooms had that.

We could check in earlier if we wanted. Great location close to the beach. Nice people. breakfast was at pretty location with a view of the beach.
