I felt rushed at breakfast, this is the only hotel I have ever encountered that charges extra, depending on how you like your egg's. Charging for car parking is ridiculous for a out of city hotel

I am afraid the spar was a complete let down well past its best and more than read for a refurbish. The jacuzzi had only half the jets working there were a huge number of tiles missing which made the unit feel dirty and the switch for turning the jets on were behind a unit for used towels with NO sign to indicate this. Only found out by another guest switching it on. Real shame because it really bring down all the other great parts of the hotel.

The breakfast at the hotel was amazing and in keeping with a star resort accommodation. The staff were excellent and the service we received from the "Car Parking" staff was clos the very best in the world which made such a hue difference to our say. There was always someone there to park the car and have it ready for departure.

The bathroom has no lock available. Not every room has a balcony. The private beach is kind of a misleading one. It is indeed decorated as private one, but it was available to everyone. Also the beach doesn't have any sand there. Instead m, they constructed a platform on top of the beach and provided stairs to get into the sea. And the floor of the sea was filled with pebbles, which could be painful if you misfoot on one of them. This was a major drawback to me.

The location was really centric and easy to access from the city center. 3 kms only from the main bus terminal. The indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were good. The spa center comes with a lot of facilities. The room was good in size, with a sofa and a double bed. You get a boiler, hair dryer, table, chairs,Tv, etc. You wont find any things missing there. The breakfast was good with a lot of options to choose from. You can get to Durres by public transport also from here, there is a nearby bus stop. Lot of popular restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious seafood for dinner.

Most of the hot items in the food warmer at breakfast were cold to lukewarm apart from the scrambled eggs - we did mention this to the staff but it didn't improve. The gym doesn't open until 9am, so too late to go before breakfast. No sun loungers around the pool - it's surrounded by tables for people eating and drinking and smoking. It's not a pretty beach at all and you mainly have a view of the port and construction, but we did know that and chose the location as it's close to the airport.

The hotel itself is lovely, staff are good, room very well equipped and comfortable. Easy walk to lots of places to eat and supermarkets

I didn't like that when asking for a taxi the reception would use their private taxi, which was quite a bit more expensive than other taxis!

The breakfast was amazing. There is so much choice, sadly alot of it I couldn't eat because I'm gluten intolerant, however the girls very kindly arranged for the cook to make me gluten free crepes & petulla. Which was really kind. The girls are really hardworking. The room (I had deluxe double room with balcony & sea view) was super luxurious & lovely, bed was very comfortable & was cleaned brilliantly. I had the sweetest, loveliest housekeeper Rita, she is a real credit to the hotel & an extremely hardworking but cheerful lady. The whole hotel is kept really clean. You get complimentary water every day in your room, really nice touch. The Spa is amazing...I highly recommend Therapeutic massages by Engji. The restaurant staff were lovely too & really friendly

Can't fault anything at all.

Everything was exceptional, from the moment we arrived we were looked after. We were given a free upgrade to a lovely large room with a balcony and the whole hotel was very classy. A lovely relaxed atmosphere amd the breakfasts were lovely, ingredients were fresh and we had all we could ask for. Also, we could go out on the balcony in the breakfast room and watch the sea. Beautiful location, the Spa was very relaxing we had sauna, jacuzzi and steam room and also the massage we had was lovely. Definitely would recommend this to anyone not sure of where to book.. Nicest and smartest hotel on the beachfront by a mile.

I was very sad about the cleanliness. The bathroom resembled a cheap hostel, not a 5 star hotel. I payed around 90 euros for a night, so i expected at least something complimentary, some stupid chocolate on a pillow or anything. I am probably just a whiny kid. Also the breakfast was not very exciting, some eggs and sausages, but nothing to make me say WOW.

The location is the main selling point. It is very close to the beach and it works like a typical vacation resort. The room i stayed in was indeed pretty, it looked like a 5 star and i was very happy at first. I also have to mention the great spa, it was very refreshing to go for a swim in a pool after a hot day. There is also a nice outside seating area around another pool.

Door to the bathroom was broken same as the entrence door , probably because that they are quite difficult to open and close . The fitness center would deserve renovation
