Very warm welcome, really friendly hosts. Nice balcony with awesome view on the windows of Berat. Location in the medieval part of the city. Hard to reach by car, but the owners helped us and we could park the car at the private parking place of the house. Very close to the city center. We really recommend to stay here.

Kindness and impeccable room. Location is perfectly placed and the owners are quick and helpful. They helped us with useful tricks around the city and kept some forgotten belongings for some days until we could pass back to get them.

The parking is a bit challenging...

Location is very good. Roof top balcony can see the night view, fantastic! The owner is very good temper and tolerate with my forgetting paying the room fee. I return and pay back to him.

It was not easy to find the place through google maps and it was really difficult to go there by car (narrow and slippery road with potholes) but the owner helped us and was kind :)

Hosts are super welcoming and helpful. They speak English. Good contact before arriving. We booked budget room and it was great value for money. Everything was super clean, good quality beds, good internet, how shower. We had a nice balcony next to the room with one of the best views of the old town. They have private parking space which is great as there are no public parking spaces nearby. Host guided us through narrow streets to the parking place. One of the best stay experiences in a long time!

Guesthouse Pellivani is a great choice if you are planning to visit the historical city of Berat or famous canyons nearby. Very close to city centre. The owners are great. Helpful and welcoming. The room we rented was very nice, it had everything one could dream of. On top of the house there is a balcony, I strongly recommend going there during tge night. The view is magnificent.

Honestly, everything was perfect. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, with tips for Berat and the rest of our Albanian trip. The location: perfect. The room: very comfortable and clean. The views of Berat from the balcony at the top floor will take your breath away. If ever back in Berat, will definitely try to repeat our stay.
