Hotel Piccolino is very well located, about 400 meter from the Port. The rooms are all very spacious, with balcony, air conditioning and the very very comfortable beds! The internet works great in all floors! The owners and their daughters are incredibly nice people and very very helpful! The hotel e spotless clean everyday and the typical Albanian breakfast gets you ready for the day!

We choose the luxury bedroom in the top floor and not having elevator was a bit challenging when carrying the bags. Also they weren't very flexible with my booking and they took to long to reply to my emails.

The view to the seaside was absolutely breathtaking and the staff very approachable and friendly. The breakfast had variety and being a self service was a positive.

The breakfast didn't offer much. In the bathroom there was a weird smell and the fosset was a bit broken.

Nice hotel away from the noise of the the main promenade which we really appreciated. The sea view is spectacular - we stayed on the top floor, so be ready to climb some stairs if you want to wake up to the beautiful blues of the sea and enjoy sunsets on the balcony. It is simple but cozy hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Value for money.

Sea view is actually good when you look not too close - otherwise you see old rusty roofs below. No lift. Room was not fully prepared - I had to ask for some things from the owner. Location is a bit further away from citylife.

breakfast is a hostel standard not a small hotel kind of breakfast , I expected better. The power went off on our last night and never came back, luckily we left the same night this happened but it was weird. stairs are annoying when you come home after a long day and you have to climb all the way up.

The location and view is great, the staff is nice. The apartment do not have elevators but both times the staff and owner herself helped us with our baggage. They were really kind.They offered fruits and juices early morning when we left for breakfast as we could not grab breakfast. The view from the room is superb.

Room lights were rather dim. No room cleaning done for the 4 days I stayed there. Limited breakfast options. May not be a negative to some but be prepared to take the stairs, no lift in the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Really appreciated the assistance with my luggage up the stairs and the taxi arrangement to the hotel. Excellent Seaview from the room. Hotel is located near many restaurants and within walking distance to the port and bus terminal. Good value overall!

The shower is a bit of a fight to get the right temperature and pressure but it was fine. You just have to get used to it.

The view from our balcony was amazing. Breakfast lovely and plenty, you won't get hungry! Lovely room with much space, yes on the 4th floor but we didn't mind. As the views are beautiful and it's good for your health to move a bit. Thank you (to the owners) for making our holiday great!
