Like many places in Albania, there is a lot of construction on adjoining properties. We don’t blame the owners or staff but on occasions the excavation noise did detract from the otherwise peaceful and quiet location - only during the day. The power went off a few times during our stay due to work by electrical contractors. No bed lamps.

The view of Himare and mountains is outstanding. The ocean is about 70 metres away and the water is clear and clean and ideal for a swim. We liked the quiet location away from beach bars and bustle and were happy to walk 30 mins to the main part of town. There is no breakfast so we went to nearby restaurants and that was fine. Parking and wifi were easy to access. The lady we dealt with was friendly and helpful and everything was clean and well maintained.

Bathroom was quite small, impossible to have s shower without making everything wet. Having a kettle in the room would be a great bonus.

Balcony with a lovely view and beach is two minutes walk away. Comfortable and secure parking. Very friendly host. There is a tiny drinks area where we had a nice coffee on our last day!

The location was great and we had an amazing view of the ocean from our balcony. The staff was friendly and accommodating and there was plenty of space for parking.

- Exceptional customer service. We got picked up and dropped off at town centre upon arriving and leaving Himare. I was unwell on the last day and the husband drove my partner to the pharmacy and waited. Thank you, we highly appreciated this. - Hotel owners provided help/guidance with onward travel, given information about transport online isn't the most reliable. - The room was modern, nicely decorated and had smart installation. The aircon and the balcony door being in sync, I.e. aircon shuts automatically when balcony door is open - so clever! - Location was great, it is beachfront and the views were spectacular. - We liked the communal bar/kitchen area where you can make your own coffee and relax. - One of the best value for money accommodations we've stayed at and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

It wasn't clear that we should pay with cash so we had to withdraw money to pay for the booking, it should be added in the announce.

A great stay. The hotel was super clean and comfortable. The owner family very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic at the end of the bay with a lovely stroll to everything you need. There are plenty of bars and restaurants steps away. Wouldn’t not hesitate to stay here again.

The bathrooms are a bit small and you can't shower without "flooding" the rest of the bathroom.

The hotel and the location is even prettier in person. Rooms are cleaned regularly, as well as the area around the hotel. We had everything we needed in the room. Sunbeds, free coffee and tea, beautiful view and a beautiful room - we couldn’t ask for more!

Located on the outskirts of the main tourist area - more quiet, less people. Less children also, if you are not traveling with children, that is nice. Very nice and friendly staff, the boys speak English.

It would be nice if there was a breakfast offering. This is not central Himara so if you’re looking for lots and lots of bars and people then this isn’t the place for you but it was perfect for us.

The room was beautifully clean and cleaned every day during our stay. It was a good size, the bathroom was great with a separate shower area (which is not so common in the other places we stayed in Albania). The AC was great and the balcony was lovely in the mornings and evening but too hot in the afternoons! The good sized fridge and freezer box were useful too. The hotel is steps to the beach with free and secure parking. It’s at the best bit of the beach too with crystal clear (if cold) water due to the springs. There were comfortable loungers and shade available provided by the hotel. The family were all really nice and friendly.

Absolutely nothing.

Beautiful views, best beach at our doorstep. We had plans to drive to other beaches, but why bother when we had crystal clear water in front of us. The most perfect, quiet side of Himare. Lovely Resteraunts and bars within walking distance. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. The espressos and beach chairs were a fabulous surprise. Faleminderit Mila and family.

For me the insects were an issue, very big crickets and spiders around the room, and a couple inside the room. The owner helped us to stop them coming in.

Beautiful view to watch the sunset. Great location right on the beach, and next to shops and bars. Very friendly owners. Big room which was was spotlessly clean, and lovely balcony.

Lot of construction happening in and around the site. Food options are not the best around himara. Most restaurants have the same menu so be prepared.

Owners were very friendly. They were helpful and very polite.
