Whe have read some comments about missing curtains and a screen in the shower. The family listened to the comments and placed black out curtains and a glass screen in the shower.

Everything. The room was clean, spacious, modern bathroom, view on the valley from the balcony. The family who runs this place is super friendly. The winery tour was beautiful. The children from the owner translated everything. Afterward, there was a wine tasting with food. For dinner, there was so much fresh food from the best quality. Again, great staff and a must visit.

We stayed one night, parking was easy, bed was comfortable, breakfast is like home cooked: coffee/tea, fried eggs, condiments, local bread, cheese, cold it's and vegetables. The hotel feels new, it is well built, and well maintained. Service is good. The countryside environment is quiet, unless there are special farm activities which may start early in the morning and finish late at night, so bring you ear plugs. There are no blackout curtains, but we managed to sleep in with the help ot dark eye mask.

Wineyard tour and wine tasting are included in price. We were 10 minutes late for the tour, but the straff waited for us. Breakfast is good. Beautiful nature, new rooms made with love.

We would have loved a vegetarian breakfast but couldn't really speak with the present staff. They were very friendly though and the breakfast we got was great. Adding some curtains in the room would be a nice addition for not waking up so early in the morning.

Beautiful location! Loved our stay at the winery. The food and wine is amazing. Definitely recommend eating and drinking there. Also, the room was very nice and clean. It's easy to find and you can get to beautiful places from there. It turns out there was also a free tour included in the stay. This information was not shared upon check-in so unfortunately we missed it. But the tasting of the wine was still great. Staff is very friendly and nice. Some don't really speak Englisch, but will try there best to communicate with you in the most friendly way.

The wine court descriptions were good, but the 3-4 years old child of our quide was talking all the time her own stories and disturbed our guiding.

Btreakfast was very good. But it took 20 min until we found any personnel to start to prepare the breakfast, although the starting time was 25 min past.

We had an awesome experience on the vineyard. The room was super comfortable and modern. The highlight was the included vineyard tour and wine tasting. They offer good traditional food in their own restaurant. Would 100% recommend it!

The shower is really nice, big shower head and enough space for two. But in design didn't keep in mind the splatter of water. Because of this the toilet and surrounding floor gets completely soaked when you use the shower.

We really enjoyed staying at Pupa Winery! The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Within the stay is a wine tasting included. The daughter of the owner translates in English and makes the experience very intimate and personal. We enjoyed eating dinner too, the dishes were tasty and there were plenty of options for different dietary preferences. Comfy rooms as well, bed is really soft and everything is clean. The hotel itself is quite new, so everything is very modern.

We couldn't fault it! Best stay in Albania.

The whole experience was incredible from start to finish. Make sure you turn up in time for the wine tour and tasting (included in the price). This was very authentic and in a small group and it was so much more impressive than we were expecting. The tour was with dad and son with son translating and they made a great and entertaining duo answering all our questions. The photos don't do the facilities justice and of course the wine and food is delicious!

Breakfast was supposed to be between 8 and 10, but when we arrived at 8.10, we had to wait until 9 for the food to arrive. This happened both days. We also missed a chair/seat on the balcony.

The owner of the hotel was extremely kind and generous. He invited us to an extensive visit of the vineyard and a wine tasting including a nice set of traditional appetizers, all of this free of charge. Staff was helpful and friendly, and the rooms are spacious and well equipped.

We liked absolutely everything, you will feel like a newborn the next day, without any stress, bad mood or problems, even if they exist. We booked the room and got also winery tour and local wine tasting. That was a great surprise for us, the host and his son made for us winery tour telling the story of region and how wine is being produced. After we enjoyed wine tasting under the stars. The room we stayed was spacious and clean, balcony with a great view and super comfortable bed. I don’t know what made me sleep like a baby rakia or fresh mountain air, I think both. We also bought local wine to take home. I really recommend rose Birvoli and white wine Puls, they both are super delicious and light.

You only come for the wine/food, there is not much else in the area. Berat is about 20 mins away, so that is something to take into account.

The room was big and very clean. Host was superfriendly and it felt like staying with family!
