Lots of mosquitos and our room had a small gap under the door which must have had a welcome neon sign for mosquitos and invisible for human eyes. Otherwise, our room was like a small bungalow and very enjoyable

The location just above the beach and a nice view. We wished one of the suites with a private pool were available as they were higher up than our room and must have had a more enjoyable view, but that's for our next trip!

There was very little „kitchen“ equipment.

The complex is nicely built into the hill. The apartment (3 beds) faced south and west with beautiful sea and sunset views. It‘s only a few steps to the shore and promenade.

The Pool on the balcony was a bit dirty and did not look like in the picture. the door lock jammed, so we could not lock it from the outside. Not enough parking space available.

The View was amazing! You could even hear the sea when leaving the window open. The Personal did not speak English but was nice and called the owners when we had questions.

Parking in the city and the hotel is hard despite the help of the staff but I think it's a national issue in Albania

The best place of our stay in Albania ! The location was perfect with an amazing view from the balcony. We booked 3 luxury suite with private pool and we don't regret it. The staff was very convenient and friendly (like most people in Albania by the way). The breakfast was generous and Albanian pancake are very original :) Lots of stairs to come and go in the hotel and to the beach but for us that's what makes this place so charming

The property itself is amazing, but careful a lot of stairs to get to the beach and from the beach. Besides that we had two really old rooms which were hard to stay in, since there wasn’t really an air circulation. But the management, especially stella was very kind and helped us with that problem.

We booked four rooms in total. One of it was the deluxe room upstairs. It has the best view you could imagine and the pool is small but super nice. In that room everything is up to date and very clean. The staff is an amazing and so helpful family, who are very open and always there to make your stay great. Stella was always very helpful and helped us out whenever we needed her. The breakfast is also very nice and there is a variety of delicious things

You can hear every noise from the outside, and it was a bit difficult to sleep due to other guests

There are wooden stairs above my room and whenever anyone used the stairs it sounded like thunder in my room. The room was clean but needs a makeover. The bathroom was tiny and impossible for 2 people to be in there at the same time. There is a free standing fridge/freezer in the room that makes a noise 24x7

The view from the terrace is very special as is the pool and the breakfast was very good. The staff are friendly and very helpfull.

The photos didn't match the place, taken in a way that the place looks completely different. It is close to the beach but you need to climb a lot of steep stairs. When we got there, the lady who pointed us to the room didn't speak any english. We didn't have any information about the breakfast or check out procedures. The morning of check out nobody was there, we had to call to know how to pay and leave. The price is too much for what you get.

I was a bit disappointed with this hotel. We booked here because it looked lovely but the pool was very very cold and had dead insects floating on it. The bathroom in our room had a broken toilet seat and water would leak out of the shower. The Internet was poor at best. And the railings are not safe for small children.

The beach below the hotel was lovely and there were some nice spots to sit and have a drink with.

Best place we have stayed in Albania so far. Room was huge, staff were amazing, especially the server in the restaurant. Impeccable manners and very helpful. Great location for the beach. Food was good also

The rooms were WAY overpriced for what they were (you can stay closer to the beach at a 4 star hotel for the same price), but we stayed here because the rest of our family needed larger rooms with bunks. Our terrace view was the view of a cement brick wall with bars on the window. There is no furniture in the hotel room outside of the bed and refrigerator and our television did not work. Mosquitos are also an issue. Like others stated, there are alot of steps to climb from the beach, so since we had an infant with a stroller, we ended up driving down to the beach every day instead of walking. We stayed for 3 nights and they never came in to clean, remove trash, or provide us with new towels and fresh sheets.

The best part of the hotel was the server at the restaurant. He was very helpful and friendly.
