It was a bit tricky to find where to park as there is no sign but it is really next to the building and was fine once we figure it out. You need to text or send a message in the booking app as we were a bit lost and there is not a main entrance or reception. Clear instructions for the check-in would have been appreciated same for the payment as we had to pay in cash in the end of the stay.

The view was amazing, and the apartment is very new ( the nicest bathroom in albania ). The lady was very friendly even though her English was very limited everything was fine.

Plan to shower in the afternoon or evening as I believe they have solar hot water, which is tepid in the morning.

We enjoyed the patio and view of the sea. The place is on the road but we heard no road noise. Maria was kind and greeted us with coffee and soft drinks. The room was good size. We made a simple meal with the kitchenette. The path to the beach is beside the Gueshouse.

Our hosts were excellent and a lovely family! We were planning on getting the bus from Sarandë, but decided last minute to hire a car (definitely worth it) - there was parking at the rooms that was convenient and off the road. It is a steep walk to the beach, but Albania in general is steep; the beach is lovely but the water was very cold as it runs straight out of the mountains. There are some lovely bars and restaurants nearby and the Qeparo Promenade is fab! We drove a few times to Himarë, where there are more restaurants and beaches with slightly warmer water. Opposite the rooms is a mini supermarket which was very convenient. It was a great stay, with modern clean facilities.

First and foremost, what needs to be mentioned is that awesome view over the see. Apart from that, the apartment is cleverly equipped, there's plenty of useful stuff. Also, the mosquito nets appeared useful as there are many mosquitoes in that area. The hosts are helpful and reply quickly if issues appear.

It was a perfect stay! It's a totally new apartment with a stunning view and a cute little walk to the beach. Even a supermarket is directly in front of the apartment! Thanks for this nice experience - we come again!

A wonderful place and an even better host. The room was clean and everything was in order. We have a small dog and it was not a problem at all, the host welcomed it as her own. The beach is magical and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely, going back there!

You won't want to leave.

Where to start... first of all, the hosts, Marija and Temistokles are pure love. Everything they can do to make you feel comfortable will break any language barrier. Marija even prepared breakfast for us despite our was not included, so have us beach towels and no extra charge at all. Private parking spot right on the property, and shop to buy goods 2 steps away from the room. Beach is also couple of minutes away downstairs. The room is spacious and very clean. Extra space for anything u may need. But the highlight is the balcony and the stunning view every morning. You never get tired of that. The grape trees protect from heart much better than any roof and grapes are also delicious. Thank you for making our holidays so awesome!

Everythink was great. The owners are really kind and sweet. Will ask you everytime if you need anything. The location is perfect literally 4mins walk to the beach. There are two nice private bays just 5-7 mins walk from the house. The room is spacious and comfortable. Great for 4 grown ups. The view from the room is superb. Wifi also is great.

The location was great and the apartment was family friendly and had a beautiful view to the sea. It was very clean and fully equipped with kitchen tools. Owners were nice and caring. In addition, there was a small shop just across the street from the apartment and you can find almost everything you need there, - very convenient.

All was perfect

We liked our stay in "Sevilia Rooms" a lot. Apartment was simple, but very very clean and we had all what we need. View from the terrace was stunning! Owners - is a lovely couple. Maria brought us few times house made food and fruits, was really nice. She changed towels and cleaned appartment during our stay. Couldn only recommend!

Everything…Firstly the location was great, 2 mins to Qeparo’s Beach…a tiny market and coffee bar cross the street, the balcony with perfect view, kitchen was full with things you need, they changed our sheets 2 times for 5 night, cooked “petlla”( breakfast dish) for us, gave us fruits everyday after beach, the couple was were were friendly we drunk a lot of grape rakia(homemade) with them…Definitely the place to be! Can’t wait to visit again!

Our stay in Sevilia Rooms is unforgettable, we had apartment with balcony and beautiful sea view. The rooms are very nice and clean. Our hosts Maria and Themistokli, were very nice and friendly - served us fresh fruits, changed towels and sheets, helped with laundry. Easy access for private parking.

The Sevilia Rooms one of the best choice for Qeparo. The rooms are 1-2 minutes away from beach with an amazing sea view from the balcony. Next to restaurants and mini market. The host was so sweet and kind make us feel comfortable from the first time. So helpful. The room it was with all the utilities that were described. I definitely recommended for your trip to Qeparo. We will come again Sevilia thanks!!
