Great hotel in a good location. The staff was friendly, and after we arrived we asked if it was possible to change the room from a mountain view to a sea view, and they made it happen without having to pay extra money. The room was big, the furniture new and of high quality, good doors, and windows in terms of air and sound insulation. Breakfast was very well prepared, we could order from the breakfast menu, a lot of options to choose. Nice rooftop and quite a good view of the sea. Even the chef was really friendly. Will come back for sure!

There was a selection of things to order for the breakfast, which was nice. However, we felt like the breakfast lacked some vitamins, such as fruits. After a few days we couldn't really eat the breakfast anymore. Moreover, there is a TV in the room. However, it was mostly useless because it only plays Albanian TV. This was a bit unfortunate. Another thing to mention is that there is a lot of construction going on in the surrounding area, many new buildings and hotels being built. And there is a lot of traffic passing right by the hotel pretty much all day long.

We liked the very friendly staff, who always had a smile on their faces and were extremely accommodating and ready to help when needed. Thanks for letting us wash our clothes at you facility, too! Moreover, the hotel is situated in a good location for nice trips to the beach or nearby cities. There is a good amount of very nice beaches around, even in walkable distance. We really enjoyed swimming there. In addition, a highlight was definitely the rooftop! We enjoyed starting our day with a breakfast and enjoying some drinks for sunset on the rooftop. Lastly, I wanted to mention that we enjoyed our spacious and nicely decorated room with a really nice view onto the ocean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Serenity In Hotel with a half sea view, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The staff at this hotel truly knows how to make guests feel welcome and valued. Their warm greetings and attentive service made me feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised when they upgraded my room to a higher category, and the view from my window was breathtaking. The room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated, providing aserene and comfortable atmosphere. My only problem was my doing, in not allowing more time to enjoy all that was avaiable at the Sereniy In and its surrounds.

The chef cooked our breafast to custom order. The location `afforded a beautiful panoramic of the Sea plus allowed us to explore the raw beauty of the area. The staff was very sensitive to our needs and did an outstanding job in fulfilling them.

The food was exceptionally delicious! There was breakfast and dinner. It was always freshly prepared and extra wishes were always fulfilled without any problems. Very friendly staff! The rooms were also very clean and were cleaned daily. We had 2 rooms and were very satisfied.

There are lots of constructions in front of the hotel, and somewhat blocked the amazing view you had last year. Still looks beautiful from the rooftop.

Nice little hotel, surrounded by pines and facing the sea. Although construction is taking place nearby, it still provides serenity and calm. Very welcoming and helpful staff, especially Edon, always eager to make your stay more comfortable. High level of cleanliness, cozy dinners at rooftop terrace. Highly recommended.

There were sometimes a few mistakes with the order registration for breakfast, but they were most of the time rectified. Bread was always toasted, unless explicitly asked not to do so. Somehow the breakfast became a bit boring after a few days. Cleaning was "ok" but not always to perfection. Sometimes the cleaners were waiting in the hallway around 9h30 and nocking on the door (considered "early" when you are on holiday). We experienced an elevator faillure one time, and an electrical interruption during our stay.

The standard breakfast offered a selection of egg variants, a sausage, a slice of orange and watermelon. Alternatively pancakes could be chosen or for example croissants (but not always sufficient stock). Owner was correct and understanding when we had to leave sooner and refunded approx. 50%. Personnel was very understanding, helpful and kind - no fault there.
