Nothing. It was all excellent.

It was in a quiet location but very close to the city centre. It had parking and wifi. It had a kitchen with hob, fridge freezer and cutlery, crockery and utensils. Large bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink and shower and plenty of hot water. Table and chairs and 3 beds, all comfortable. Fantastic breakfast was brought to our room at our specified time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Fantastic value for money. Can't recommend it too highly.

A chopping board and plug for the kitchen would be useful.

Well situated, so nice being able to walk everywhere and if needed drive. Safe, easy parking is a great plus. Gin is a sweetie. Comfortable beds, great breakfast. A day trip to Theth is well worthwhile if you can.

No elevator and narrow stairs so there is a limited possibility for handicapped people. Could be nice to have one mirror near the room entrance.

Huge room with kitchen facilities, central location and free car parking! A good continental breakfast was included in the price. There is a big sign to the hotel installed from the street, easy to find.

The only thing was the awful smell of the drain. It was really stinky. We covered it in the kitchen and bathroom with wet towels and then it was good.

Everything was perfect. The beds were good although the double bed was very soft. The room was big enough for us (2 adults, 2 kids). Everything was there we needed - towels, toilet paper, soap. The location is great, near many restaurants and markets. The breakfast was amazing - coffee, milk, tea, ham, eggs, jam, honey, burek and croissants.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond. We stayed here 1 night before our visit to Theth and one night after our visit. The first stay they made us breakfast to go since we were getting an early ride and would miss regular breakfast hours. The sandwiches were delicious. The second stay we got to enjoy the hotel breakfast and there was so much food! Having a washing machine and kitchen was also fantastic!

The wifi was not very stable during our stay.

Price worthy. The staff was very nice and helped us book a bus to Theth. They also made us take away breakfast as we left early in the morning.

The room was absolutely huge! Could’ve easily spent a week there with kitchen, utensils and even a washing machine! The staff are helpful and always available to help. The location is perfect as it’s super close to the pedestrian area and only 1km from Rozafa castle

Easy to find - not everywhere in Albania is - parking also easy - again, not always guaranteed - quiet at night but right in the centre of Shkodra. Hosts were friendly and welcoming and breakfast was great. Very good and would recommend this place.

The hotel was in a great location. The owner was really accommodating and helpful. He helped us with arranging travel to Lake Komani and even made us a lovely pack lunch to take with us. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
