A little hard to find, google maps takes you to the wrong entrance and the road is gravel and looks more like a driveway. It would be a good idea to put a sign by the turn off as we went to 2 incorrect places before finding the right place

The bathroom was poorly designed. The bathroom was spacious and yet the shower was right next to the toilet with the shower curtain enclosing you in with the toilet. Very strange! We got a system of curtaining off the toilet but the space to shower in was very small.

The location was perfect with stunning views. The apartment was spacious with a huge terrace. The air con was great, the bed was the comfiest we slept in during our trip around Albania. Everything was spotlessly clean and there was designated parking.

You need to have a car or be up for a little steep walking every now and then to get anywhere, but not too much of a problem and good for the thighs!

The hospitality was exceptional. Poli is the most wonderful human. I truly got to know Albania thanks to her. We met other like minded couples there too and the breakfast was incredible every day! The dog has its own quarters and is SUPER friendly, we miss him! X

Room and bathroom a little bit small. Breakfast mostly sweets, but that is not a problem for an italian for example😊

When we arrived, lady asked for my passport for records. Then, i waited for my passport back but it did not come back that day. Next day in the morning, i kindly asked to get my passport back and the lady made hand gesture (with thumb and index finger moving together - trying to make money sign-) which means give money and get your passport. I said ok, made the payment and get my passport back. The problem is noone asked me to pay during arrival for payment. It means (in my opinion) you can pay during check out. I can understand this attitude (keeping passport, page of the property on booking already says they may ask 50€ -if i am not mistaken- for deposit, and they will give back during check out. That is surely acceptable) However, that hand gesture was QUITE rude and that is why i am cutting one point.

You will have a complete view of Qeparo beach and the village. Pool was clean and the breakfast was good enough (5€).

The road to the property may be a bit steep, but other than that it is perfectly fine.

Great and peaceful accommodation. Clean rooms, nice pool and great views. Most importantly, the owners were the friendliest I have ever met! As you can read in other reviews, it is like being treated by your mother. Breakfast not included in the booking.com price, but it was the best we have had in Albania. Each day, the breakfast items were changed. On top of that, the owner packed all that remained from the breakfast and gave it to us as a “lunch package”. I will definitely visit sunset villas again once I get the opportunity.

Lovely host, with an amazing breakfast, who takes care of you like she is your mother. Accommodation is as described, with a lovely swimming pool, covered outdoor conmen space and a lovely view over the ocean. We highly recommend this place!

Aircon although was on, didn’t cool the room. We couldn’t sleep at all because of this. We were very relieved we only stayed one night because the room when sleeping was unbearably hot. When I say unbearable I mean, literally lying under the “aircon” with no clothes on dripping with sweat. We had to wet a towel and put it on our heads to cool ourselves in the middle of the night. Not sure if this is a mistake on our part but we were told when checking out to pay cash for our stay. I can’t find this anywhere on our booking. The conversion from euros (our booking on this) to the Lek they charged us was very unfavourable. We basically paid €12 more than necessary.
