We enjoyed everything about our stay, the one minor issue was the bathroom. The decor is nice and it was immaculately clean but the waterfall shower flooded the bathroom floor when used. We got round this by using the smaller shower head and this was fine.

From checking in to checking out, the reception team were welcoming and friendly. They also kindly printed our boarding passes for our return flight as we did not realise Tirana airport did not have e-gates. The room, whilst smaller than expected, was very clean and modern. Breakfast was really nice, plenty of options (it is not a buffet style breakfast) we loved the pancakes! You cannot fault the location - centrally based and easily walkable to the main bus stop, Tirana Castle, Skanderbeg Square and Blloku. We sister and I would both stay here again if visiting Tirana!

Such a fantastic hotel. Extremely clean throughout. Staff were so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived and we were offered a room upgrade on arrival. Breakfast was exceptional, as was the dinner on the rooftop terrace, and the staff couldn't have done enough while dining with them. The spa was a lovely bonus to enjoy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend! Would love to stay again.

Nothing to not like.. can’t complain.

Beautiful and clean. Grand! Reception was never unattended. Bar and restaurant was immaculate, staff are attentive without being imposing..kitchen is on an upper level which has glass windows so you can see inside. The whole room was amazing apart my view, but did mean it was silent at night from traffic at night apart from a fan outside. Spa, I had to myself as a solo female traveller this put me at so much ease..

If you plan to stay long term, (more than a week) it's a bit difficult because you don't have any closet or a place to store all of your clothes besides some coat hangers on a bar. Although not an nuisance for me, only the saunas were working. The jacuzzi had some malfunction. Nonetheless I wanted the sauna more than anything after long days of walking across Tirana.

Very nice hotel, spacious beds, and amazing breakfast. The reception is more like a concierge than a simple reception. They can help you with literally anything! At the restaurant you will find food just like any Michelin Star rated establishments. The location is right in the middle of the City Center, and you have all you need in walking distance, eg: Shopping mall, restaurants, pharmacy, groceries, fresh market etc. P. S - Best Steak in town is also found here!

I booked a room at the hotel as a honeymoon gift for two close people. The hotel staff prepared the most wonderful surprise for them with roses scattered through the room. They were so kind, helpful, and responsive. If you’re in Tirana, there is no better place to stay at ❤️

The room could be a bit bigger - but this is not "minus". Obviously the conditions of the place are given, and compared to the possibilities, the room was perfectly livable.

One of the best hotels I have ever been. The staff is kind and helpful. The cleanliness is no question. The bed is comfortable. The wifi is perferct. The breakfast really excellent, fresh-made, and they prepare everything you want. For example, to make a lactose-free cappuccino is no problem at all. An elegant and cute hotel, I can suggest with all my experiences. It's like coming home.

The small bathroom had a rain shower but unfortunately this did not work properly and it sprayed water around the entire cubicle. Service in the restaurant very slow. Go down early if you want to get away promptly.

Terrific location convenient for all main attractions in the city. Good reception on arrival. All the public areas are lavishly decorated, in fact the whole hotel is immaculate and spotlessly clean, this extends to the room itself which was similarly plush and well maintained. Very comfortable bed and while the room was quite small, it was perfectly adequate for a short stay. Good quality food at breakfast

Only disappointment was that the restaurant was closed in the evening because there was a function. I had really been looking forward to trying the tasting menu.

Breakfast was great. There was a very comprehensive list of items to choose from, and you could have as many items as you wanted.

Absolutely beautiful accomodation! Centrally located in Tirana. The room was so luxurious! Big, comfortable bed with great pillows. Breakfast was great! The bar upstairs is very classy and we had some nice cocktails. Highly recommend
