The breakfast was slightly disappointing. They do however have the option to ask the staff for a fresh omelette or any kind of fruit, pancakes or something else you like.

Except that the invoice and payment are done with Albanian Lek, though it was booked and arranged in Euros. In such cases, it depends a lot on the bank, what exchange rate they use. Not a big money, compared to the overall price, but anyway not good, especially when the Invoice is to be reported back to the office.

The hotel for sure is the best in the City of Tirana. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Though the SPA is good, it seems that for such a big hotel is not quite enough. We tried, but could not enter the jacuzzi as it was crowded. Somehow we expected to have a pool, but there is no pool, only Saunas. The check-in and check-out process flows quite well, except that the invoice and payment are done with Albanian Lek, though it was booked and arranged in Euros. The location is perfect, right in the center of city, where you can walk to different areas, as Kalaja e Tiranes, Sheshi Skenderbeu, Sheshi Avni Rrustemi, The Block, Boulevard as well as the area of Pyramid.

Central Tirana location with close proximity to the castle and other main sights. Hotel is very clean and rooms are spacious and well-appointed. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Parking was easy and accessing the car was quick with the help of hotel staff.

Everything was great.

The location was great next to Toptani Mall and other famous architectures. The breakfast was also good and the staff was really helpful and friendly. There is an undeground Casino and free parking for the residents. Even Ricky Martin was staying at the hotel during our stay !

My bag got delayed in the airport for 5 days Just a small tip, don't trust that the Airport will deliver it, just go there yourself and search and this is amazing advice I got from the hotel concierge but the hotel by itself had ZERO mistakes

We checked in around midnight and the gentleman at front desk, whose name I remember, but can't spell, was super sweet. The room was incredible, spacious and roomy, while the bathroom was something else. The spa facilities are also spectacular and worth visiting. A special shout-out to the cleaning staff, who were always helpful and checking to see if we had enough water in the room.

The finnish sauna had a temperature of 80 Celsius. It should have been 90 degrees or higher to be called a finnish sauna.

Very good selection of food items for breakfast. The rooftop bar is worth a visit. Very good spa area. The hotel is situated very close to the bus station where buses to Tirana airport arrives.
