Beautiful boutique hotel with great view, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend. Don't forget to check out the beach down the road, one of the prettiest during our trip through Albania.

Really nice and quite place, there are only 4 buildings around. If you want to avoide overcrowded places and just chill this is place for you.

The road to the hotel was a little rough but nothing a small car can't handle.

Everything was great the hole experience, definitely will book again in the future. The room was clean the bed was very comfortable and the view form the balcony was superb. The breakfast was very nice.

The only thing that could improve, was the pool clarity. It was nice the water was salted, but it seemed a bit dirty.

The couple owning the property was very nice and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean and spatious. We also liked the breakfast very much.

The view from the rooms and terrace is fantastic, we loved also the peaceful and calm atmosphere of this place. Very friendly host family. Breakfast was very good, but could have little bit more options for fruits.

There’s not much to say, we liked everything. Be aware that the access is through a dirt road since it’s a rural area, but it’s doable.

We had an amazing experience and we really enjoyed the hotel. The view is stunning, specially at sunset. If you like being in touch with the nature and are looking for a friendly family place, this is the spot for you. Very quiet and cosy. The owners are great and very friendly.

There was not many fruits at the breakfast. Other stuff were not fluent with English but the owner managed English very well.

Absolutely beautiful room with a modern look and high cealing (3rd floor). The view was great and the sunset stunning. The dinner and breakfast met our needs. The owner was very welcoming and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. When you get there, follow the signs on the road instead of Google maps. The road was well driveb with our WV Polo.

Friendly staff, amazing view from the pool and very comfortable deck chairs. Could be useful to have a map of the route up to the property as one of the pictures on here (it’s not the Google maps suggested route). However, it is clearly signposted from the road when you arrive and is easy if you drive up the track slowly.

Very great accommodation with beautiful view of Qeparo Bay. The outside area of the accommodation is beautiful and made with a lot of love. The rooms are new and modern! The breakfast buffet is small but good. The hosts and staff are very accommodating and extremely friendly. We had a small problem that was solved immediately. The dinner is very tasty and homemade. The owner is rude and tried to charge €53 for a stained towel AFTER we had left. The towel was stained because it was used as a floor mat because the shower drain was blocked. Owner was rude and obnoxious and wouldn't listen. Trying to scam after left. We asked for late checkout and he wanted €70 for four hours. You are also not allowed to use the towels for the beach and none are provided The breakfast included is also quite drab, dry stale cake and cornflakes. Along with very cold omelettes are your only choice.

Negatives: far away from restaurants, small and low ceiling room allocated for us, poor menu with rather high prices (eg 6 shrimps for 950 lek), limited breakfast options with cold eggs, owner did not want us to use room bath towels at swimming pool saying it was too dirty there, we did not feel relaxed there (we stayed at two other places while in Albania and it was fine), room booked in euros but at check out we were presented with a bill in lek with unfavorable exchange rate.

Starting from positives: very nice view from the place, quite location, close to a small beach, newly decorated room.

A welcoming friendly family and their cute Maltese dog, will make you feel at home. Have a classic Albanian breakfast while surrounded by olive trees and a beautiful view. Different board games and books provided by the saltwater pool for a relaxing time. Enjoy the beauty of the southern Albanian coastline in a calming place.
