The staff was nice and very polite. It was always prompt to help you with everything that you needed. Breakfast was good, with typical albanian breakfast dishes. The room was very beautiful and stylish.

The hotel was centrally located, with a great traditional decor and attention to details. Room was spacious and comfortable and the staff was really kind to put a crib for our little one even though we did not request one in advance. Breakfast was excellent with many choices.

The only problem was that in the room you could hear the voices coming from the coffee bar, which, to be honest, was annoying.

We had a pleasant weekend. The facilities were very nice. The room was big, clean, and very comfortable. The whole asthetic of the hotel was very warm and the staff were extremely kind and caring, serving high quality food and drinks. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone thinking of visiting Korçe.

The toilet was beautiful and with herbal soaps but the toilet door should be more fitting that no odor could escape😁 in the room.

Evening receptionist was not up to the task or maybe he doesnt like what he does. First no welcome, no details of the stay, nothing. Charged me an extra 17 or 18 cents on the CC just to round it up the price. Im not complaining about the money but the attitude and lack of professionalism. In the morning the waiters, eventhough seeing me with a room key, never said that i was seated at the wrong restaurant for breakfast. So, i was about to pay for the already included breakfast. A combination of the incompetence of the receptionist, remember i said he never gave details on anth, and not caring of the waiters. However, id like to give praise to the receptionist in the morning, very helpful and tried to make up for everth. Bottom line, great facility, great location...TRAIN YOUR STAFF!
