The Internet, I think the router was a bit far from the room where I was staying. I think that the signal of the router could be increased with the help of a WI-FI extender.

The property is located in a fantastic spot close to Himare and Borsh. The cherry on top of the cake is the amazing terrace facing the sea. The owners have been very kind and professional, they welcomed us, offering us a coffee and they kindly offered to wash out clothes in their washing machine, if needed.

Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Everything was excellent, better than we expected! The apartment was spacious, everything new and very clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. Free parking available inside the property. The location was also very good. On the main road, so it is easy to find and to drive away. Also about 5 minutes on foot from the beach of Qeparo. The hosts were very kind! Mr. Timo and his wife have done an amazing job! They were very friendly and even offered us free coffee in the morning.

Hosts speak Albanian only, very hard to communicate in other languages. There are some mosquitos during the night if you don’t close your window, so come prepared

Check-out at 10AM is far too early, I find, when we are arriving later in the day. This just adds to a chaotic environment. I would prefer at least an 11 or midday check-out time, or the option to extend an hour or two

I don t like my bed, but rest of my family was happy with theirs

Apartments are not big, but cozy. We have everything we need, sea view is amazing. It is about 5-7 minutes from the nearest beach, but most of the way you will walk by the stairs (i count 192 stairs from road to the seaside). The owners are wonderfull people, thanks them great. I recommend this appartments.

One of the best place to stay in South Albania, Qeparo. Its a family business and they welcome you as a family member. The rooms are well equiped, very clean, quite place and reasonable price considering all facilities. The view from the balcony is amazing. Its the third time here and we will come back again.

Probably because of the garden, there were mosquitos at night. Still, the apartment is at the top of the village for which in order to get to the beaches you had to go to some stairs. But the car was always in the parking place offered by the apartment which was good when you want to go to some different beach near qeparo.

Excellent apartment. The view was great. The Garden was nice. You get a good free parking place. There was daily cleaning and in 2-3 days the towels were changed which was great. The equipment of the kitchenette was excellent. There was always hot water.

The hosts are very kind. The place is excellently placed in the riviera. You can easily drive south or north and reach great beaches, restaurants and touristic spots. The apartment is close to a great beach too.

No problems at all.

This was the best place we stayed at during our entire trip. Spotlessly clean, amazing view of the sea, short walk to a private beach, the main beach and a mini market. Strong wifi, aircon, plenty of power sockets, lovely hosts. No noise from the main road. Loved it! Highly recommended.
