Great location just next to the main area and 10 min to the historic city centre. It was great to park inside the villa as we could be assured the car would be ok. The room was comfortable and we had everything we needed, also great breakfast! Hosts were also very kind, I would definitely stay again.

We liked Everything! We are motorbikers and having our bikes parked in this marvelous private yard was the best to relax and walk around. Excellent room and beds, huge and delicious breakfast. If in a next roadtrip we stop in Berat we will choose this place again surely.

The location is perfect, just 2 minutes walking to the busy street with several restaurants. It’s very quiet but the best part is the excellent breakfast provided by the host. I was treated by the host like I was family, that was very important to me. I will definitely return in the future.

Our hosts were very kind. We were only guests in that villa and even though we arrived at 11 pm they were waiting for us. We could even leave our car there until afternoon. Highly recommended :)

Everything was great. Parking is always a problem. The narrow roads make it difficult to negotiate. BUT - the owners did everything possible to be helpful.

Villa Palma was a great place! The room was excellent and the common areas were very accessible, especially the kitchen where we could store cold drinks. The staff was excellent. The owners were attentive and accommodating even getting up extra early to help us get the car out of the courtyard. When the TV didn’t work, Toni came right down and got it working. We were too busy to watch TV but it was ok to have. The parking was off street in their courtyard and worked well.

The room was delightful! The Villa was close to everything. The breakfast was amazing! Eggs, fruit, pastries, tea,coffee all prepared and cooked to perfection! Served in the walled garden!Nice one Mom! Everybody was very helpful! Just perfect!

What an amazing stay! Firstly, Toni and his family were so kind and welcoming. They were really helpful with any questions we had and made us feel very at home. His mum made the most amazing breakfasts for us every morning - always fresh, delicious, and different each day. Secondly, the room is perfect. It’s really comfortable and stays cool in the heat, and there is also a lovely space in the garden to sit. Lastly, the location is right in the middle of Berat - a couple of minutes walk to everything in the centre. Highly recommend staying here! :-)

This is the best place we stayed during our trip in Albania, and we cannot recommend it enough. The house is really pretty, with a nice garden; the room perfect, clean and modern. It has a great location, few steps away from the center. Breakfast was included, and it was as well best we’ve had. Delicious, fresh, varied and home/localmade. Sidenote, we actually had some trouble with our car and Tony’s sibling came to our rescue. Any question we had, Tony replied immediately. Tony, his brother, and who we think the parents are, were really nice and friendly. The whole time we felt very welcomed and safe. Once again, thanks for the lovely stay!

It was a great overall experience however be mindful if you are driving as there is safe secure parking on site however as the home is just off an alleyway its quite a challenge getting in and out with the narrow cobbled road.

The Villa is like a oasis in the city of Berat. Beautiful garden, where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, with everything we could wished for. The room was very clean! The lady, who welcomed us was so lovely and kind. The family helped us with the parking and recommendations for the city.

Everything was perfect. The house is in the center, room was very clean, beds are comfortable and breakfast was very good. Highly recomended. Don't follow Google maps, turn by Hotel Berati and than 10 meter up.

From 5 to 6th October we spent 2 nights as a couple in Villa Palma. We had a really pleasant stay here because the hosts were very friendly towards us. The breakfast was excellent. Both the shower and bed were super comfortable and we appreciate some convenience like shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. We definitely recommend this place to all travellers who cross Berat in Albania.

So far, the best stay we had during our two weeks in Albania : great location, nice hosts, heater and AC working well, wifi with strong debit, comfy mattress, super clean room and bathroom and amazing breakfast. Would definitely come back!
