We had a great stay at the hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating and attended to all our needs. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. The big breakfast was delicious. Everything was great. They also helped us with the taxi. It was also a great location close to everything.

BREAKFAST WAS OUTSTANDING!!!! The kitchen staff are amazing, and this was by far the best breakfast experience in over two weeks of travel. Excellent mattress - comfortable bed and spotlessly clean. The reception area serves drinks and is a great place to hang out. The triple room we booked had a very small window located so high up it was out of reach (largely due to the historical architecture of Berat). The hotel staff got a ladder and opened it. On request we were moved to a room which overlooked the Main Street also with a veranda - absolutely beautiful. We were able to leave our bags in reception after checking out, which allowed us to enjoy a little more time in Berat.

Water in shower switched continuosly between hot and cold ! In my opinion the room was overpriced just because it has a small balcony with view. The pillow was little hard.

Hotel in very good location . The room was small but with balcony , and had a great view.It was clean enough. Very tasty breakfast . The staff was friendly and helpful, they reserved for us a parking spot in front of hotel. TV in good funktion with lot of chanels. Free bottles of water and some amenities in room. Comfortable bed.

Nothing to complain about honestly

The location was just great , we could do everything by walking distance. Even the path to go to the Chapel was like 15 min from the hotel. The food at the restaurant was frankly great and the breakfast was nice. The ladies at the bar were so gentle , and the waiter so kind , thanks again for his service !

Very comfortable bed. Excellent location. Beautiful ottoman room. 2-3 car parking spaces were reserved outside the hotel. Newly done up bathroom.

The property is very nice, it is small and quaint. We had such a nice view from our room, although not all rooms get that view. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very delicious. Location is also wonderful, and there is parking right in front of the hotel which is really convenient.

By nature of the property being on the main street the rooms can be loud until around midnight. Not a deal breaker, but if you're a light sleeper you may opt for a room not facing the main road if available.

Amazing location, clean room with comfortable bed, astoundingly big breakfast included. Friendly staff too! Had a feeling of a more local or traditional business with lots of character. Highly recommended!

Nothing not to like. You could hear the traffic a little bit but we knew that, being on the Main Street in such a great location. But it didn’t bother us at all and was quiet during the night.

Fantastic hotel in the centre of Berat. The views are superb, large windows to see across the river and hillside. We had two rooms, both were very spacious, traditional features but modern bathrooms. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was the best we had in Albania. It’s on the main road but included parking spot.

Everything was perfect. If I was being really picky a shelf in the bathroom would have been useful.

Beautiful old house typical of Berat. We had the room with the balcony which was lovely for watching all the activity outside. Room was beautifully done in the traditional style. It was an amazing location. Great to have a fridge in the room. The owner laid on an amazing breakfast - a real spread, so much to choose from. You certainly would not go hungry. It was served with real care. The air con was fantastic, which was a real bonus in the heat.

Very nice small hotel in one of the typical houses of Berat. The location is perfect. We had a warm and helpful reception from the staff (greetings to Çimi). For breakfast we had a full table of good food. Definitely, an excellent option in Berat.

Being on the river in an historic town was a treat. We were in the heart of all activity and very easy to walk to everything we needed. Breakfast was way too generous and absolutely delicious. Staff were very welcoming and we would highly recommend this hotel.
