The AC for the room I was staying in didn't have its cold air working, which for me made it pretty uncomfortable, because I was practically sweating in bed, the only ventilation was one long open window, which was a hung type so there's only so much air that could get in, plus there was a bunk bed right infront of it. Could make some adjustments there, but otherwise there is literally nothing that should keep you from staying here!

It was a very nice 2 nights. The location is beautiful, view from the rooftop is a sight not to miss. The whole project the building is primarily being used for is admirable, which is a learning centre for teenagers. The facilities and cleanliness are beyond expectations. The staff is more than helpful with anything you'd need.

Unfortunately the weather was bad during my stay. Rainy and foggy. Otherwise I would have stayed longer.

Everything. Luxurious Hostel, inside the building there is a library and PC Mac for students ( u can use it too, free of charge). Dorms are the best , brand new, comfortable, with lockers , light and electric plug . Free use of washing machine and dryer. Excellent location. Amazing rooftop with an amazing view. The girl working at the reception is extremely kind and helpful!!!

I was thoroughly impressed! The staff were exceptionally welcoming, always ready to assist and provide insights. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, ensuring a restful sleep. The hostel was perfectly situated and allowed easy access to major attractions and dining options. Additionally, the view from the terrace was simply stunning, a great spot to unwind. I highly recommend it for its outstanding service, quality accommodations, and prime location. I can't wait to return!

I don't remember anything that I didn't like.

I really liked the cleanliness, comfort, coziness, especially the terrace and library, the staff was very responsive, helped with all questions and made my stay even more comfortable. I would happily stay here again.

The best view of the city for sure! Everything so new and clean. Beds are comfy and very good private sphere in the room too becouse of the structure of the beds. I loved as well the co-working space, bibliothek and cinema. Thats also great that they have the kitchen where you can cook. Great, fast internet connection. I would definitely will stay there if i am agoin in Dilijan.

The community kitchen could maybe use more cutlery and cooking gear. And a section for leftover/free food. But we guess this will develop soon as the place is only starting.

What a place! We loved it! This hostel is actually part of The TUMO Center for Creative Technologies (a free-of-charge educational program for kids) and the earni g from the hostel go to the support of the center. The building is greatly located in the center next to supermarket and close to restaurants. The hostels is completely new and offers an outstanding interior design and top standards. The staff was very welcoming, there is a free coworking space with free hot drinks on the ground level. Here is also the community kitchen which is only accessable by guests and staff. The hostel itself is located on the 5th floor (elevator till the 4th) as it was build later on top of the old building. And the real bonus is the amazing roof terrace!!! We highly recommend this place!

The building seems very new with modern-style decor and it serves the community in different ways, including a library and co-working space. Guests looking for a super traditional guest house won’t find that here, but the profile makes it clear what type of property this so no bad surprises! For me the modern facilities and style were a big plus, but everyone has different tastes

Really impressive value for money, it’s nice to be so pleasantly surprised by a place! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the beginning, explaining all the facilities, helping with luggage, advice about the area and organising transfers (all in excellent English). I don’t know if this is normal Armenian hospitality or exceptional but I was certainly made to feel extremely welcome! The facilities are excellent, all very modern and spacious, including washing machines and a large kitchen that only guests have access to. I was expecting to have just a bunk bed in a dorm and instead had a very clean and comfy private room, which was another welcome surprise. Extremely impressed with all aspects, particularly at this price it’s excellent value - my only disappointment is that I didn’t stay longer but now I know where to go next time!

Some basic items are missing from the rooms, like napkins or flip-flops. The water pressure was not ideal at all times.

The interior design and the view of the mountains are amazingly calming and perfect for a vacation. The staff are super friendly and helpful.
