The spa was underwhelming. The sauna starts at 5 pm, and the pool water was colder than ideal.

This hotel has the best view of Mount Ararat. It's located near the gorgeous sight of Amberd fortress. The location is really good. The staff is very kind. Food servings are very large!

The only thing when I booked the room I didn’t know the covered pool was going to be closed for the day for cleaning.Probably has to be mentioned online for days that it doesn’t work so people know beforehand.

The details of the hotel are planned for comfortable rest either for couples/single people either for the families with kids.The reception can provide you balls,scooters for kids to play.Pools are clean and comfortable.The breakfast has big variety of options for kids also.The personal is very nice,friendly and tries to accommodate guests. I will definitely recommend this place to visit.

Don‘t expect too much from the restaurant… food was Ok but definitely not worth the price (even the buffet) - for a hotel like this we were quite disappointed both from the look and the quality, we only stayed for one night so it was ok

Absolutely stunning location - great views & a very scenic drive if you want to visit the castle nearby (highly recommended); pool was refreshing with sufficient sunbeds; good for families to just hang out and relax; staff was kind but not everyone speaks English; we got an upgrade to a room with a balcony and great views; there is free parking on the property

You have to close your room with physical keys.

Great, great, and great view from your balcony, from outdoor areas, from anywhere. Great view during the day, great view during the night. Daytime Ararat mountain pleases your eyes with all its glory, during the night many cities and villages with their lights sparkle like thousand stars. The hotel is excellent, nothing special but from big things to the very small details you can feel, whoever made it, they thought about your comfort and joy. Just the right place to rest, enjoy and walk around, there are so many details, places to sit, walk, and enjoy. The rooms are large, clean, and of top quality. The food is good but not exceptional. Will visit again, so worth the price.

The only drawback about this hotel is how thin the walls were. With no soundproofing you could literally hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms. Other than this everything was great.

Amazing hotel, great location, awesome views, great food, great service. Imagine how awesome it is to wake up in the morning with the spectacular view of mount Ararat from your balcony. The hotel has everything, good restaurants, indoor and outdoor pools and saunas and it's close enough to Yerevan. Highly recommended.

The design of everything was great, everywhere was clean and smelled good. There was big variety of dishes for breakfast, so you basically have bunch of options. The dishes were very tasty, the prices were affordable. There was everything for entertainment.

The hotel has pool and saunas to use, but the opening hours are rather odd. It feels like you never have time to use the pool or the sauna as either you check out or go for breakfast. Instead of enjoying and relaxing it feels stressful and hectic morning. So, breakfast starts at 9:30, the pool opens at 10AM, and the checkout is at 12pm. The sauna however is only in the evenings. It feels it is only designed for people who do not work in the weekdays, or only weekend stayers can come early to use these facilities. It would help to start the pool ar 9AM at least, that you have a quick swim before breakfast and have enough time to check out in peace istead of rushing everything. The suite we had wasn’t at its best shape - it has some outdated furniture snd decor that visually downgrades the price you payed for. I think for suite guests should be done more effort as they pay quite a large chunk of money. However, the quility of the beds and mattresses were really good!

We stayed at the Suite Lux room and quite liked it. It had two spacious rooms perfect for family and windows facing mount Ararat. The hotel has nice pool and the water semiwarm and very clean. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly. It was very nice to come to the room and see fruit platter as a welcoming gesture. We also liked the breakfast buffet. Probably one of the best breakfast buffets we tried in Armenia.

Would prefer to have more light in the room as well as better sound proof walls - was able to hear noise from neighboring rooms and therefore consider facility to be a bit overpriced. And please add power outlet by the desk.

Very nice and friendly personnel, friendly atmosphere, beautiful location, diverse food for breakfast, good choice of facilities of the SPA hotel which unfortunately was not able to use due to the business mission
